What do you like best about the product?

Some of the reporting options are difficult to navigate

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fresh approach to training, including comedic sketches and series, like The Inside Man.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the short, cartoon training modules are a bit basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By creating new content that addresses current cybersecurity threats including AI, voice cloning, and deep fakes, KnowBe4 provides training material on evolving threats. I also use their phishing data to help guide me on areas of weakness for our employees.

What do you like best about the product?
Is a tool that can be used by all employes, no matter your IT background. For use in Colombia is great to have the platform in Spanish. Ease to use

We've saw that the phishing is more realistic every day, try to include the ones with attachments that needs passwords to be opened

Helping our clients to be aware and to CARE about their information
I have used KnowBe4 for years now for banks and credit unions and 120% happy with the service!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
There is so much to talk about here. Firstly the Modstore offers so many training modules that you can choose your route for your company. Redemption for failed phishing attempts is my second favorite part of being part of the KnowBe4 family. Lastly I absolutely love the KnowBe4 button with the use of PhishER to not only have KnowBe4 filter emails for you that have been submitted to our IT department, but I also get a chance to review these emails as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that there are some aspects of KnowBe4 that can be improved upon. One would be the reporting to get exactly what you are looking for. Typically I am looking for more data than what the reports can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compromised user account and systems from clicks from bad actors. I honestly believe that security should be a company's main concern when it comes to its user base being their first line of defense. You could spend millions of dollars on network and system security BUT this doesn't mean that your users could click one single link or open an attachment and then your business is hauled in a matter of minutes. So no matter what money and resources your company spends on security, your users will always be the most important factor when it comes to secure awareness training. KnowBe4 has changed our users education on email security for the better. I am so happy a company such as KnowBe4 exists.
Addressing the security gap --> Us/Humans
What do you like best about the product?
The Modstore is awesome. Contains so much content in various formats with frequent updates. Recently, I've been leveraging the posters to get more of the word out to end users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Authentic and honest feedback, I can't really think of any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting end users to think before clicking and reporting suspicious messages as well. We've got other security measures in place contributing to that multi layered security approach. The human component is a gap which KSAT addresses pretty well. It also helps with compliance for certain requirements we are subject to.
Know e4 Security Awareness Training Review
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to monthly test and train out team members on all different types of emails that can compromise our company. We have dynamic groups to automatically add and remove team members from certain testing groups and makes it easy to review what we will sending out each month for those team members. Reporting helps me keep leadership informed how well our team members our helping us keep our company safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we primarily work with the transport/distribution we have to make more of our own templates instead of using ones provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team members throughout the organization are constantly emailing for our business. This training helps train out team member to stop and think before they click.
Easy to use console. Variety of modules to choose from that applicable, relevant, and up to date.
What do you like best about the product?
The automation of campaigns when configured properly with smart groups. The administrator is easy to understand and is a good experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting could be improved. Some features are not available, specific to the columns view. Also if phishER can be opened without having to login to KnowBe4 admin dashboard that would be great.

End user awareness training. Employee human defense improvements.
KB4 is a life saver
What do you like best about the product?
User administration and compliance. The ability to export training content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Metrics from PhishER plus are not available for either reporting or smart grouping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping team members up to speed with industry trends by constantly testing them. The store provides new content quite often.
Valuable Training
What do you like best about the product?
The training updates each year as the threats are also changing. I appreciate that we can provided up-to-date training to our staff. I also appreciate being able to create groups and assign different training to different type of trainees. (standard computer user vs high risk).
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we didn't have to upgrade to the highest level to get some of the features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 security awareness training allows us to provide training to all of our staff whether they are in the office or remote. This helps so we can alternate between video training and in-person training.
Rock Star Security
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the different templates and automation that I can select. We implemented SSO and it made life convenient for our staff. We have implemented short training to educate our users. It's very user friendly for our staff members. I look forward to adding The Insider Man to our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I forget to add users to a specific group initially it's a bit of a work around. I would like to pull up a user and add remove to groups faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always worry that we will fall victim to a serious incident. I know the practice helps our staff pay attention to the phishing attempts. It's a comfort that we have some available training opportunities. Most of our staff is open to the training. We have implemented "incentives" for staff to complete their cyber training. We also offer the training to our contractors. Most have given feedback that they use the knowledge to protect their personal accounts and share with family.
