Essential Training for Phishing Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
I like that KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is easy to use and set up. It effectively covers all the common phishing scams and trains users, which helps prevent issues like users randomly clicking on email links. The ability to click on certain campaigns and choose the type of training and emails users receive makes it convenient. It also works well in making users think about their actions, as they want to avoid the training involved if they fail a phishing test. Overall, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it would be nice to have more training videos to choose from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps train our staff to spot potential email threats and avoid clicking on suspicious links, which reduces phishing risks. It's easy to set up, covers common phishing scams, and encourages users to think critically about email interactions.
Easy Setup with SSO, Feature-Rich, and Fast Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use along with the platform. It's easy to set up with SSO with our existing platform, customer support is great and quick. We use it on a daily basis for all our SAT, and it boasts a lot of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that has caused us any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving all of our SAT issues we've had in the passed. It's changed the culture of the company, where security is almost a daily topic, whether it be just in passing by (Users poking at Security team that they are trying to phish them) or on more serious notes, we have been able to show a positive trend in our security scores.
Easy-to-Use Tool for Setting Up and Running SETA

It is an easy to use tool to set up and execute SETA

Good examples of social engineering to learn techniques.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our users diligent regarding safe data handling and system use.
Excellent Variety of Multi-Lingual Trainings
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of multi-lingual trainings and flexibility to add our custom trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Managing the platform becomes challenging at a scale of around 40,000 users. In addition, child accounts do not support separate training notifications, which limits flexibility. Relying on a single shared notification set makes phishing campaigns across multiple child accounts ineffective, since each organization typically needs its own notification templates with unique links and references. This limitation significantly reduces usability for companies operating in a multi‑account structure.

Raising overall security awareness so employees recognize and avoid suspicious activity.
Effective Training with Engaging Content, Slight Motivation Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the directed quizzes and the training videos of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. The videos are very realistic, and the questions at the end of the session help us determine whether people are internalizing the information or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting people to be motivated to take the training every year as is required by the company. Some people have slackers. Others are pretty motivated to take the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to combat phishing emails and prevent clicking on malicious links, while building awareness for all cybersecurity matters, including company compliance.
Personalized Security Training with Quick Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new Orchestration feature. It's a great way to introduce AI into our environment, taking over the task of creating new campaigns and trainings. It offers tailor-made trainings and campaigns to the users, resulting in a more personal experience. It focuses on areas where users may not be as secure, resulting in a tighter and more well-rounded security experience. The integration with 365 makes the setup fairly easy, as it handles the majority for you, and with Orchestration, we were able to start trainings on users all within a few hours. I also appreciate how it plugs into our 365 for phishER, allowing users to report emails, which we can then inspect safely and decide what to do with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some UI choices which make it a little cumbersome to navigate. An example of this is not being able to add users to a group when on that group page. You should also be able to add users to groups from a user's page as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps our company be more secure and compliant.
Great Content and Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Great content and campaigns, easy to access e-learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could use combine multiple courses into a single without extra work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solid Security Training with Room for AI Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I like that KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training integrates nicely with our GRC tool Vanta, which helps in tracking completion and provides evidence of employees performing up-to-date training at least once a year. The initial setup was easy enough, and we have the login with Google configured as well. All the training setup stuff is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could benefit from more frequent AI training updates, ideally refreshed at least annually, to avoid extra costs associated with the 'Compliance Plus' option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to ensure compliance with ISO27001, SOC2, and ISO42001, keeping employees informed on phishing and providing tailored training. It integrates well with Vanta for tracking training completion and evidence.

Very easy to administer. Fantastic variety of training options. Easy to tailor to our needs. Does not feel like "training". Topics are relevant.

No downsides at all. Nothing to dislike.
