What do you like best about the product?
The training has interactive content, videos and quizzes, allows our organizations to send simulated phishing attacks to employees, has extensive library of content, data driven users risk scores.
What do you dislike about the product?
Repetitive content and customization limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 trains employees to identify and report suspicious emails through simulated phishing campaigns and awareness training and reduces the likelihood of successful phishing attacks and strengthens the organization's first line of defense.

Reports with analytics are limited in their customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple IT Security Audit require our company to conduct a continous training to all our employees. KB4 is a great platfrom from that perspective with a great range of training modules, multiple configurations to automate the training process .
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I feel like the phishing simulations are like real phishing emails. Often people in the organization I work for gets fooled be these phishing emails. The effort to get the simulation setup is not much therefore it is easy to use and manageable. The training is also very interactive and keeps our users engaged. If help is needed the KnowBe4 support team is always reachable and ready to help. The is good tracking metrics also on the KnowBe4 platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Best the emails are automated and sometimes adjust to users behaviour some users say that they get too many phishing emails. Personally I don't really have any complains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Security Awareness of users is what is being solved for us. Our users are a lot more deligent about security and when they are in doubt they verify especially on phishing emails.
Excellent product that enhances our corporate compliance and security training
What do you like best about the product?
You can pick out the modules of interest and tailer to the organization. We have HR, Security, IT and Compliance review the library yearly and pick out the trainings for the month. We plan out training calendar for the year. If there is any new content that is released throughout the year, we may add it as an ad hoc training. Also, the app makes it easy for users to take their training "on-the-go".
What do you dislike about the product?
The library takes time to go through because there is so much content but that is a good thing actually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating training content that is interesting and can deliver the messsage in short bursts.
In depth library but more flexibility would be good
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of topics is broad, however we only use a small set of them. The user interface is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The requriement to add TXT files to our DNS servers to enroll users. We support many businesses with our KB4 training, but this requirement makes new clients coming on board difficult.
Also, we really miss not being able to create our own quizzes or add our own content to a training course. Because of this, we also have a subscription with a competitor that does not have such limitations.
Also, the reporting is difficult becuase everything has to be downloaded as a CSV. I woudl like a broader range of reports built in.

It keeps our businesses PCI, SOC2 and HIPAA compliant

What do you like best about the product?
There's an expression, I think could be reattributed to KnowBe4. Shallow enough for a child to swim in, but deep enough to drown an elephant. KnowBe4 can be as complex, or as simple as you'd like. It easily caters to organizations of any size. Implementing new campaigns or training programs is a breeze. Now, after purchasing Egress email security, KnowBe4 has advanced integration with an additional email protection suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides to KnowBe4, and that is primarily centered on the GUI. It often takes multiple clicks to get to a menu. KnowBe4's console would greatly benefit from reduced clicks, adding to the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No body likes cybersecurity awareness training - let's face it. That's the reality. KnowBe4 aims to solve that by creating engaging training for our users. They can interact with training courses, or watch cybersecurity-minded programming and content on the platform.
Good platform to provide security trainings
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is our main tool for security awareness trainings, used by everyone in the company, when they join, during phishing campaigns or refreshers. The training marketplace, segmented by area or internal team on the company is very handful, making it easier to select trainings that make sense for each team. It was easy to implement and the integration with Drata is a perfect-fit for us. So far we had minimal interactions with the support team, all of them good enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
For training campaings without time fixed to finish, when all users finish the trainings, the campaign is finished, forcing the administrators to create new campaigns when there are new joiners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As part of requirements of SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001, KB4 is helping us to achieve this requirement by integrating perfectly with Drata.
The automated phishing campaigns also make us aware of people that are prone to this attack vector, making us to work on it.

What do you like best about the product?
The content is comprehensive, regularly updated, relevant to multiple business sectors, and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Report generation is a bit clumsy and the dashboard should have more customizable options.

HIPAA compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that the training is up-to-date and interactive. Also, their newsletter are beneficial, and I try to read each one of them.

Nothing. I think it is straight forward platform.

Keeping your employees up to date is hard, especially if you want to keep your company's security compliance. KnowB4 makes it easy and intuitive.
