Excellent product that has improved our security posture
What do you like best about the product?
We use the KnowBe4 library of courses to train our employees on yearly basis. The primary course we use every year is updated by KnowBe4 to reflect recent hacking trends. We also use other courses as refreshers for our employees, and we have great feedback for the "Inside Man
We also use the test phishing campaigns monthly to see if our users have an understanding of how to be secure. Our scores have massively improved since we intially obtained the product.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find User Adminstration and assigning of permissions to be more convulted than it needs to be.
The reporting component could be improved as well as we need to do a bit of work to get the reports to look they way we need

The software is keeping our users aware of how to stay secure in a corporate environment
Great product with a large selection of training videos
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of training videos with options on just about every subject you'll need, with an option to download videos to add to your own LMS!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are really no downsides, everything is very customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 helps our users learn about common phishing attacks. The amount of users who get their email password compromised due phishing attacks has dropped significantly.

It was very good to be able to quickly pull training resources together from their large library very quickly.
We reviewed many services before we committed to buying one, and not only did KnowBe4 look better than the alternatives, their price was lower too.
The amount of support they give you both during pre-sales and assistance after you buy is second to none.

What do you dislike about the product?
Content a bit outdated in places, and because there's many video containing multiple topics, you end up with duplicated content in your courses.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an easy to set up solution that we could get up and running quickly to fulfil requirements for one of our clients.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to setup and create campaigns that fit our business needs. Tracking of email and other phishing campaigns are also easy within the dashboard. Integration into our systems is fairly simple and straightforward. The 'Inside Man' series provides training while entertaining! Their support is great and knowlegeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really come across anything that isn't great.

It makes training users easier in short incriments.
Comprehensive platform for businesses of all sizes
What do you like best about the product?
Wide array of training, and a range of differant approaches are taken towards training and enforcement/implementation of learned knowledge. Its also really easy to implement and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the content lacks depth, and would ideally have more detail and explanation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Raising the skill and awarenness levels of information security
Great, Easy tool with high compliance rates
What do you like best about the product?
The systems is easy to manage and create campaigns for training and phishing. The content is varied and easy to follow for all users in my org. We have seen higher compliance rates, and satisfaction scrores since switching, implemenation was fast and simple, and I go in several times a month to look for new trainings to deploy that are relevant to current trends in Cyber Security with great success.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to review all of the different training can take a really long time, since you have to watch/read/play all the way through to get what is happening. I also found the settings page a little obtuse, sometimes options simply arent there, and I dont know why. Once it was setup though the integrations with Outlook and O365 work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients require Cyber training for us to win contracts, it also helps my users ask fewer questions, and report phishing and spam more frequently.

Easy to use, intuitive and functional. Good program!!!! Perfect!!!!

I feel they can improve by letting you create or repeat duplicate some rules already configured.

Security testing for corporate environment, it is beneficial to be prepared for future incidents.
Quality Training Software
What do you like best about the product?
The videos do a good job of keeping people engaged in the content. Setting up the software and whitelisting was easy with all the help docs. The well crafted tests keep people on alert, and aid them in developing the necessary skills needed to spot malicious emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI to create new trainings and run new campaigns could be more streamlined and easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The critical problem on online safety. A surprising amount of users saw an email in their inbox and assumed it was legitimate because it made it past other spam filters. By improving associate security knowledge our security incident ratio has shrunk consiberably.

It is very easy to use and very comprehensive. From training and instructional videos and modules to live phishing campaigns.

I have nothing bad to say about KnowBe4.

It gave us a great platform for security awareness training and phishing testing.
Easy to use and to the point product for user training
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. I've set up multiple users that have no technical knowledge as training admins. They jumped right in, creating training and assigning it to groups of our users with no problem. Also, the phishing campaigns we run regularly are a hit. People take them seriously and get upset (in a good way) when they fail, learning from the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SAPA tests are a bit of a challenge to justify as there are multiple right answers and some are "more correct" than others, which is frustrating to some people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to be ISO27001 compliant. The prebuilt user training and subsequent reporting goes a long way in helping us achieve that.
