Great experience with phishing simulation and training

Other departments have asked if we can do their training
What do you like best about the product?
It's engaging. After October cyber awareness month, several other departments in the company, thinking we created our own training modules, asked if we could create their trainings. The specific feedback was that the training we used from KnowBe4 was much more interesting and engaging compared to other trainings we use in the company. As a cybersecurity porfessional I like that I can count on going to the store and finding things that are up to date and relavant to what is going on in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any off the top of my head. If there are any, they're so minor I don't think of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it prepares and remindes everyone in our company how to deal with security incidents and to stay vigilant when it comes to phishing and vishing
Useful tools but need buy-in from user base.
What do you like best about the product?
The automated emails and training without having to manually administrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need someone to spearhead the effort and have users actively engage in it to be effective.

It helps a non-tech savvy user base create better habits when navigating many common security risks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Maybe more targetted content for various business roles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we started to train our users, their knowledge and awareness level has increased. We have now more support for all security initiatives than we had before.
Keeps Users Aware
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has a variety of comprehensive security awareness training videos, interactive models, and phishing simulations to effectively engage users and prepare them for cybersecurity attacks. The platform has a user friendly interface and plenty of customizable training options to tailor programs to our specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users find training content somewhat repetetive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 addresses the important issue of human error within cybersecurity by educating users to recognize and avoid threats like phishing and social engineering. This reduces the likelihood of security breaches, which helps us safeguard sensitive information.
KnowBe4 has been a very comprehensive security training platform for our organization

The most helpful has been having one platform that covers all the types of security awareness training our org needs to strengthen our cyber security and keep our employees knowledgeable about threats online. They keep the training up to date and relevant to the newest emerging online actors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downsides at this point, it's been great for us
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us keep up to date with security compliance and SOC 2, informing our employees about phishing and other ways to look out for issues online (your employees and their access to your systems tend to be the weakest point of entry for bad actors) and it's making all the security training we need easily accessible and easy to implement.

What do you like best about the product?
All the preset test templates, in all sorts of business areas as well as very informative training videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to pick bad thing, I'd have to say some of the test emails are too good.

IT's doing a very good job to keep our users on their toes on the lookout for Phishing emails.

There is nothing that I dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training.

It is effective for Phsihing training and in determining our organizations overal cybersecurity awareness.
Cleo's Great Experience with KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is it's simplicity to roll out, to monitor, and to report on for compliance. We have enough complex tools in our toolbelt, this one made life easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The library of training materials is good, but it could be a little broader.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training solves a couple of things for us. One, we are requirued to train employees on this topic prior to them starting with the company. The tooling of KnowBe4 made this easy. We are also required to train software developers on OWASP Top 10, the KnowBe4 platform was right there with an answer. When we undergo annual audits, all we have to do is say we use KnowBe4, and they know we are good.
KnowBe4 has been a good fit for us.

It is user friendly and has good content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no current complaints. It is always nice to spend less money if I am required to answer this.

It is helping our user base understand computer risks.
