Engaging Training with Interactive Content and Comprehension Challenges

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the trainings are a mix of listening, reading, and questions. That makes people really pay attention and use comprehension skills to pass the quizzes and tests. The content is engaging as well. I found it easy to create trainings and I can modify to my company's specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more modules were available in each subscription level but I understand there needs to be incentives to subscribe to the higher levels. We also had issues with the Phish Alert Report button not working in Outlook for users at various times, even when I followed the steps that KnowBe4 had in a banner on how to fix that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is helping end users stop and think before clicking on links and opening attachments, even if they appear to come from a trusted source. We had a cyber attack scare a few years ago and I do not want to repeat that or have something worse happen where the scammers actually infiltrate.

Great Cybersecurity Resources, but Needs Better Microsoft Integration

What do you like best about the product?
The newsletters provide latest cyber security information, the internal sage spoof testing, the library of videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes hard to work with. Updates happen and Knowbe4 has not adapted well to Microsoft security updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Only in the beginning, getting to know a new software environment when I had 10 others to learn was hard for me but the coaching was there to get me through it all.

Great Topic Selection and Group Assignment, but Favorites Need Better Organization

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to select from a library of different topics and then assign a set of those to specific groups then set conditions if users need more training, they get put in a different group
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the videos I favorite were categorized a little better. When I go to select one, they are all in the dropdown and its a bit overwhelming trying to find the video I had just saved. It would be nice if they were a carousel of icons or sorted by date added

What do you like best about the product?
The Trainings are updated with the latest security topics and also friendly and easy for the employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a general security training to have all the security topics included.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is very easy to set up and integrates smoothly with our existing environment. The platform uses domain authentication, which makes user management simple and secure. I also appreciate how seamless the onboarding process is—employees can start their training right away without complicated setup steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it works great, but the interface could be more user-friendly, and some customization options take a little time to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training addresses the challenge of improving employee cybersecurity awareness and reducing the likelihood of phishing and social engineering incidents. The platform provides automated training and simulated phishing campaigns that help identify and correct risky user behaviors. With domain authentication and straightforward integration, user management is secure and efficient. Overall, it has strengthened our organization’s security posture and fostered a more security-conscious workforce.

I like the way it has made my work colleagues more proactive and aware of possible security threats.

It would be nice if there was more active and easily accessible education besides training that would assist in security awareness.

I think the problems it addresses is user error and misunderstanding when it comes to online security.

When we upgraded to M365 email we had some problems with the phishing emails. But customer service was great and helped us.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 offers a strong mix of engaging, up-to-date content and easy-to-use management tools. The phishing simulations are particularly effective, they’re realistic and customizable, which helps track behavioral change over time. I also appreciate the broad library of training modules, videos, and micro-lessons that can be tailored to different roles or risk areas.

From an admin perspective, the reporting dashboard and automation features make it simple to monitor participation, identify high-risk users, and demonstrate measurable improvement to leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some training modules and phishing templates can feel repetitive or less relevant to specific roles if not regularly refreshed. The interface can also feel a bit dated and occasionally difficult to navigate for new users.

Reporting is comprehensive, but customizing dashboards or exporting detailed analytics sometimes requires extra steps. Additionally, localized content and cultural tailoring could be improved to better suit global teams.

KnowBe4 helps address the ongoing challenge of maintaining consistent security awareness and behaviour across a diverse workforce. The platform provides engaging, relevant training content that reinforces key security principles and supports good day-to-day decision-making.

It has improved understanding of core topics such as data protection, safe communication practices, and recognizing social engineering attempts. The reporting and analytics features also make it easier to track engagement, identify potential risk areas, and measure overall progress in building a stronger security culture.
