Effective Training with Engaging Content, Slight Motivation Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the directed quizzes and the training videos of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. The videos are very realistic, and the questions at the end of the session help us determine whether people are internalizing the information or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting people to be motivated to take the training every year as is required by the company. Some people have slackers. Others are pretty motivated to take the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to combat phishing emails and prevent clicking on malicious links, while building awareness for all cybersecurity matters, including company compliance.
Personalized Security Training with Quick Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new Orchestration feature. It's a great way to introduce AI into our environment, taking over the task of creating new campaigns and trainings. It offers tailor-made trainings and campaigns to the users, resulting in a more personal experience. It focuses on areas where users may not be as secure, resulting in a tighter and more well-rounded security experience. The integration with 365 makes the setup fairly easy, as it handles the majority for you, and with Orchestration, we were able to start trainings on users all within a few hours. I also appreciate how it plugs into our 365 for phishER, allowing users to report emails, which we can then inspect safely and decide what to do with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some UI choices which make it a little cumbersome to navigate. An example of this is not being able to add users to a group when on that group page. You should also be able to add users to groups from a user's page as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps our company be more secure and compliant.
Great Content and Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Great content and campaigns, easy to access e-learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could use combine multiple courses into a single without extra work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
addressing security and phishing prep for our users.
Solid Security Training with Room for AI Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I like that KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training integrates nicely with our GRC tool Vanta, which helps in tracking completion and provides evidence of employees performing up-to-date training at least once a year. The initial setup was easy enough, and we have the login with Google configured as well. All the training setup stuff is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could benefit from more frequent AI training updates, ideally refreshed at least annually, to avoid extra costs associated with the 'Compliance Plus' option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to ensure compliance with ISO27001, SOC2, and ISO42001, keeping employees informed on phishing and providing tailored training. It integrates well with Vanta for tracking training completion and evidence.
Nantahala Bank
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to administer. Fantastic variety of training options. Easy to tailor to our needs. Does not feel like "training". Topics are relevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides at all. Nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Aids our ability to stay in compliance with regulatory training requirements.
Keeps Security Training Engaging and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the vast library of training material that KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training offers. It allows us to create diverse monthly training sessions without repeats. It's also fun to design monthly phishing and vishing campaigns, which keep the experience engaging. It's exciting to see new features continually being introduced by KnowBe4, keeping the platform fresh. Moreover, the initial setup was pretty straightforward, thanks to the comprehensive documentation they provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
The animations and voice actors used in some of the training could be improved. Some of the animations feel low quality and boring, losing users' attention fast. Furthermore, the voice acting and animation can make it feel more like a children's show, leading users not to take it as seriously as they should.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to keep users aware of current threats. It solves the issue of users being unaware of bad actors that pose a threat to the company.
Intuitive Training, Top Marks for Phishing Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
I like KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for how intuitive it is and how up-to-date they are with the phishing templates. I really like how it is now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if there's anything I don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to review phishing and threat emails and create campaigns to boost security awareness. It effectively trains employees, making them less likely to fall for phishing emails.
Engaging Training with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training easy to use with its fun and engaging topics. It's interactive rather than just talking at you, which really gets the customer involved in their own training. Additionally, the initial setup was extremely easy since I've had experience with it before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be a more diverse selection of training available to each tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for quarterly phishing tests for around 9,000 users. It helps reduce our risk posture by educating users on phishing methods.
KnowBe4: Easy Setup, Smooth Microsoft Integration, and Strong CSM Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really value the regular meetings with the CSM, the support team whenever I run into issues, and the overall ease of use of the platform. It’s very easy to set up and use, and it integrates smoothly with our pre-existing Microsoft infrastructure. There’s also a large range of features, including Phishing Simulations, Security Awareness Training, the Mod store for training content, Users & Group editing, and easy-to-access reports covering past, current, and upcoming training. We have training scheduled to go out every quarter, with automatic phishing simulations released every month. I log on to KB4 multiple times a week to monitor the training and phishing activity, and to pull reports when they’re needed for Board meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two things I don’t like about KnowBe4 are related to phishing simulations and support. When running phishing simulations, I’m unable to filter by application. For example, we don’t use Google Docs, but I have to go in and exclude those templates individually instead of simply filtering out that app so they don’t appear in the simulations. Because of that, the simulations can become too obvious and get reported or ignored, unless I spend time going through thousands of results and excluding all the ones we don’t use.
The other issue is with support tickets. When you create a ticket, they ask for the “Requester Country.” I enter United Kingdom, but I still get assigned American support. That usually means we only manage about one email per day back and forth due to the time difference. You can ask the American support staff to transfer you, but that really should happen automatically based on the requester country, so it feels almost pointless to ask in the first place.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use another platform that was slow, had poor integration and often had many problems with less automation features. KnowBe4 does this with ease and it definitely makes my job easier since I have other projects and tasks going on
KnowBe4 is an overall fantastic option for any company.
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 does a great job of turning a typically boring topic into something that’s actually engaging and useful. The training content is easy to follow, well-structured, and broken into short modules that don’t feel overwhelming. I especially like how it uses real-world examples and phishing simulations—it makes the risks feel real without being intimidating.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dont like about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What really stands out is how practical the training is. It doesn’t just explain what cybersecurity threats are, but shows you how to spot them in everyday situations, like suspicious emails or fake login pages. The platform is also very user-friendly, and the variety of videos, quizzes, and interactive content helps keep things from feeling repetitive. Overall, KnowBe4 is a solid choice for organizations that want to build real security awareness, not just check a compliance box.
