Highly Customizable and User-Friendly, but Needs More Flexibility in Campaign Editing
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about KnowBe4 is how customizable it is. You can really go into depth for training for certain users depending on their role. The phishing campaigns too! It's user friendly too!
What do you dislike about the product?
The worse thing I find is when a campaign is started, you cant edit it on the fly. You have to start a new one. Also wish there was a preview when you select a landing page to see what it looks like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps protect our organization from cyber attacks and it trains our users to be vigilant!
Comprehensive Training Options, but Admin Dashboard Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about KnowBe4 is how robust it is. There is a wide array of trainings, not just for cybersecurity but also compliance in other areas. They also provide great supplemental training materials for use outside of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that some of the admin dashboard can be difficult to navigate and find what you need quickly and easily. The end-user training dashboard is the opposite, very easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 provides a great and easy set of tools to keep our organization safe from cybersecurity threats.
Easy to Use and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use. Users have no issues taking training and I have no issues setting up the training. The API use is also great allowing for automated workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything negative to say about knowbe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees are being cautious of emails coming into their inbox and they are learning more and more about the malicious signs of incoming emails and such.

What do you dislike about the product?
However, KnowBe4 can be expensive for smaller organizations, and some users find the content repetitive over time. Certain customization and reporting features are only available in higher-tier plans, and maintaining employee engagement can sometimes be challenging.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the user-friendly and adaptable design of KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training, which meets the diverse needs of my organization. I enjoy the short, to-the-point videos and occasional quizzes, as well as the certification features that effectively fulfill their intended purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the constant emails about employees not completing their training quite obtrusive. These notifications are more frequent than necessary and often repeat information regarding the same person. This disrupts my workflow. It would be more efficient to receive such summaries once a month rather than a number of emails about the same issue within a short time frame.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training keeps our staff aware of online dangers, particularly phishing, allowing me to confidently oversee our cyber policies and maintain cyber awareness.
Great Variety of Training Modules and Phishing Tests
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is truly simple to configure and use; in just a few hours, you can automate the release of training and phishing sessions with different campaigns throughout the year. The variety of available training modules and the number of languages are another strong point of KnowBe4, and the effectiveness and availability of the phishing simulations are also excellent. The integration with Defender for the Phish Alert button and with AD for PasswordIQ works very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The measurement of the time that the user spends on training could be improved, as well as the management of tests via USB and QR code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has proven to be effective in keeping users trained against cybersecurity risks, with particular attention to phishing emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how KnowBe4 makes security training practical and engaging. The real-world examples and frequent updates keep it relevant and easy to apply.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the training can feel a bit repetitive, especially if you've gone through similar training before. A bit more variety or adaptive content based on experience level would make it more engaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is helping solve the problem of human error in cybersecurity, especially around phishing, social engineering, and poor password hygiene. By raising awareness and reinforcing good habits through regular training, it has helped our company reduce the risk of compromise by better educating users on what to look out for.
Great Multilingual Content, Intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple languages, fun videoclips. The Inside Man would be something for Netflix. Both an app as well as website access exists. Reminders can be set up easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if we could upload / use our own videos, to make some trainings more company specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users have become much more aware of the threats of phishing and other forms of cybercrime
Great Features and Content, but Integration and Editing Long Trainings Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The training platform offers a wide range of features. Our primary use is for training and phishing simulations. It supplies a large selection of awareness materials and phishing templates, many of which are regularly updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Google Workspace is not very smooth, and customizing notifications takes more effort than expected. Uploading your own content is straightforward if the material is short, but it becomes cumbersome with longer content. Any changes you make to a lengthy training require a complete review of the entire session. For short trainings, this isn't much of an issue, but if your training lasts 45 minutes, even a minor update means you have to review the full 45 minutes in addition to adjusting the training settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance with legal requirements, Security standards and customer security agreements requiring training as well as phishing drills.
User-Friendly with Helpful Videos, but Pricing and Modules Could Be Simpler
What do you like best about the product?
The product is user-friendly and comes with detailed videos that make it easy to understand. I found the implementation process straightforward, especially since adding users via a CSV file was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing and the various modules in the product can be a bit overwhelming. It would be much better if there were a simpler module available.

Providing training to all employees helps raise awareness and ensures that attendance can be effectively tracked.
