What I like best about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is its practical, risk-focused approach to building a strong security culture. The content is clear, engaging, and tailored to real-world threats, which helps users understand not only what to do, but why it matters.

What I dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is that some of the content appears visually outdated, which can make the training less engaging and less appealing for users.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps solve the problem of human-related security risks by fostering a strong security culture in a more user-friendly and approachable way. Instead of relying solely on technical controls, it empowers users with clear, relatable training that encourages secure behavior without creating resistance or fatigue.
Easy-to-Understand Training for All Skill Levels
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provides easy to understand training for users of all skill levels using a different approach that helps cater to different people's method of learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I would say I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone in the business is now much more aware of cyber security and different types of ways they can be targeted on a daily basis.
Effective Training with Minor Campaign Setup Hurdles
What do you like best about the product?
I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for compliance courses for new hires and all staff. It helps us track completion rates, sends out automatic reminder emails, and we can use the modstore library. I like that the trainings are relevant and engaging. The way the trainings are broken down into pieces makes the information easy to digest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the training campaigns based on groups can be complicated. I wish there was the ability to update an in-progress campaign with new groups without having to close the campaign and start a new one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to track completion rates, send automatic reminder emails, and access the ModStore library. The trainings are relevant and engaging, and they're broken down into pieces, making the information easy to digest.
Simple, Easy-to-Use Portal That End Users Love
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the portal and ease of use for end users has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit finicky duplicating campaigns and then removing / adding new content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyber security awareness training is fundamental to our Security posture. Users are our last line of defense and its import for them to be trained on what to watch for and keep them on their toes.
Easy to Use, Helpful Staff for Choosing the Right Training
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use and the staff help you to pick appropriate training
What do you dislike about the product?
You can fall through the cracks if your CSM changes roles and have meetings missed without a word from them that you need to schedule with someone else

It’s helping us to choose what training to give to our employees and it gives them information in a well formulated manner
Quick, Comprehensive IT Sessions with Great Visuals and a Huge Topic Library
What do you like best about the product?
The sessions are quick but comprehensive. Great visuals and testing knowledge. The library has a huge variety of topics so you can find a session on really any IT issue or threat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some topics can be repetitive after you have gone through some training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up to date on the latest threats and ways people can take advantage of employees. The human threat is the biggest issue so it really get people aware of all the tactics hackers can use.

It’s simple to use and the training and phishing tests feel realistic and actually help people learn without being boring.

Some of the training videos can feel a bit repetitive and longer than they need to be.

It helps reduce risky user behavior by teaching staff how to spot phishing and security threats, which saves us time and lowers our security risk.

KnowBe4 has a large library of training videos of varying lengths to choose from. This makes it easy to choose monthly training videos for our users.

So far, there is nothing I dislike about the KnowBe4 platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 allows our firm to provide monthly security awareness training for our users. This helps keep security awareness fresh in the minds of the users so they are less likely to make a mistake.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the amount of options available in KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. It's easy to use and has a great variety of support options. The variety of material offered is impressive, and the reporting options are really useful. I also appreciate the continued improvement of the platform. The training materials are not boring or complicated, can meet the audience, and are customizable, which makes the overall experience much better.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first line of support is a bit frustrating for me. When I put a ticket in, I feel like I'm treated as if I don't know anything, which can be annoying. Also, the default dashboards could use some improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for compliance and user training. It solves end user knowledge gaps and unfamiliarity with compliance. The variety of options, ease of use, and support make it valuable, and the training remains engaging and customizable.
Effective Security Training with Entertaining Videos
What do you like best about the product?
I like Tim and the videos. They are very entertaining and show real-life examples. We send out fake phishing emails to the entire company, which helps us see how many people or who tends to click on them the most. It is effective because people are leery of these security alerts. The initial setup was not hard at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how hard it is to re-send a non-phishing or clean email, or how hard it is to troubleshoot the button

I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to simulate phishing attacks and protect our sensitive information, effectively training employees to watch for malware.
