Good easy training
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the videos are easy for the end-users to grasp. We've had quite a few compliments on the training, stating that it does a very good job of explaining issues. It's easy to enroll our new employees in it and also scheduling yearly training for current employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that the videos are updated, but sometimes, the content is the same from previous years. I would like to see more options for different types of training or more in-depth training for users who tend to score low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to educate new employees on what to look for and prevent them from making poor decisions on phishing attempts. It is also helping make our employees more cautious when opening emails.
Our Employees are the Best Defense
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps to educate our employees on the best ways to protect our company from harm. We schedule weekly trainings and most are very short and many are entertaining as well. Instead of being dry, boring lectures it's humorous education. It never takes much time to complete but it's effective. We have been doing this for a year and we took a Security Awareness Proficiency Assessment at the beginning and at the end of a year and we saw our scores rise. Several employees state how the knowledge that they are learning has even helped them in their private lives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see a down side. I am very happy the way it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KNowBe4 educates our empoyees on the different ways our company can be attacked and how they are the key for prevention. Our risk of cyber attack is much lower now that we are training.
Get the job done
What do you like best about the product?
Works with HIPAA and CMMC compliance, no need to look further into it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can time out when test emails with get sent out.

A User-Friendly Training Platform for Security Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use would be the number one reason for selecting KnowBe4. I've reviewed other platforms and compared to KnowBe4, they don't even come close to how easy setting up campaigns and training modules is with the KnowBe4 platform. We have always had wonderful assistance from customer support as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a little steep, but understandable for the amount of resources and features available within this suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create monthly phishing campaigns for all of our employees. We are able to create tangible understanding of our areas of concern when relating to human controlled weaknesses.
Ease of Use and Always Updated
What do you like best about the product?
The training is always up to date and does a great job explaining what anyone should be looking out for to reduce risk to themselves and the business.

Not much to say here as it is a great training platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating the employees of our company on methods being used to hack into our system and how to notice these attempts along with reporting them.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and there is a great selection of training material.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, this suits all of our needs. I also really appreciate that you can duplicate campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is helping us maintain awareness, ensure our staff are knowledgeable of risks, and practice their understanding through quizzes. This is very helpful.
Excellent security training
What do you like best about the product?
Their security training is up to date. They are constantly updating their training based on new threats. We especially appreciate their phishing campaigns which keep our end users on their toes. KnowBe4 makes it easy to roll out new campaigns. They have good reporting for administrators.

What do you dislike about the product?
We used to have access to Title IX training. However that is now moved to a premium package for which we have to pay extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminding users about cybersecurity best practices.
Great Product - Protecting Against the Largest Security Threat
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable it is. You can truly simulate a phishing email for any scenario.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dislike. It is a fantastic product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of ransomware. Users are the primary risk.

Phishing and security incidents are the number one thing right now and knowing we have the right tools and training for our staff definitely provides peace of mind when it comes to training and learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure i dislike anything so far.

Phasing awareness, having our users more accountable when they click on things.
