Amazing Company and Product
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate KnowBe4 for it's ease of security and healthcare training. It makes it incredibly convenient to know what our advantages and disadvantages are organization wide. There are so many features which benefit not just management but staff such as phishing campaigns, training that relates to burnout and mental health, unparrallelled support and help at all times. We use this program every day to monitor training, phishing, and just general knowledge. It is very easy for us to implement and integrate this product with our current user system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have been able to see is that we need an expansion of medical field related trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is filling in the gaps in our training and showing us areas we are able to learn and improve in.

What do you like best about the product?
As a security awareness and training platform, this solution incorporates ease of use, great content, and excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some additional features introduced alongside security awareness and training, such as phishER and Security Coach, did not function effectively in our environment. This was often due to a disconnect between our real-world environment and the product's intended design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance and continuous education

I liked the storyline for the fierst 2 seasons but it got weird after the last season

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped with users paying attention to phish alerts
End user training and security tools that are easy for the basic admin professional to implement.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and understand. The end users are a part of the team so they can see the effects of their participation. You can create training and testing quickly and after that it is hands off. I also integrated the Phisher with our email server and check the submissions daily from the Phish Alert Button.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to edit training campaigns content. I would like to be able to take an outdated Mod out and replace with the new version. Cloning and creating all new works,but there are situations where I just need to replace content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing I am seeing is an awareness of social engineering and how the modern hacker operates by our end users. It helps me by giving me the tools to train people and to evaluate and eliminate the threats we do receive.

What do you like best about the product?
The continuation of added features that broaden the scope and positive impact KB4 brings to our team and Information Security program
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little. Sometimes the quality of the training videos varies, but there is enough variety and options to find what you need to fit your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team to be continually educated without having to plan out resources internally to do so.
Great software for all training needs. Plus the PAB is a great tool!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is a great and consistent tool. The ease of setup and the way our users understand it makes it easy to recommend. The training modules are easy to deploy, and having the Phishing Alert Button has cut down on the number of suspicious emails that are getting opened by our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to change here. Still a great experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training new employees in HR and IT subjects. There is also the Phish Alert Button and Phish ER that help us to keep ahead of cybersecutiry threats.
Great course offerings that meet our needs
What do you like best about the product?
We've been able to satisfy internal requirements, state and national laws, and auditor requests through KnowBe4 programs
What do you dislike about the product?
Some courses aren't as smooth to do on a mobile device
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security awareness, audit requirements, internal requirements. It's a huge help to be able to do it all in the system and tracker completions.
One of the better security awareness trainings I have seen
What do you like best about the product?
While it has experts and influencers providing the training, it breaks the information down into an easy to understand and engaging manner so that even technology averse people can understand and identify threats. The test also provides a break down of some of the common signs to look out for, which helps the users identify phishing emails effectively. Overall the training and content is useful for everyone, regardless their tech-saviness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The information becomes repetitive and boring if viewed multiple times, as reported by our internal users/stakeholders, who have had to take the training multiple times after falling pray to more than one simulated phishing attacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The end users in our organization are more aware and equipped to handle phishing attacks and less likely to fall pray to phishing attempts, be it professionally or personally.
Good easy training
What do you like best about the product?
The videos are still easy to the end-users to grasp. Our employees biggest complaint is that when the following year comes along, the training does not feel refreshed. Then there is less customer satisifaction in completing the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the attention span is continually decreasing. I think there needs to be more short videos - something like a tiktok, but something that still makes the point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to educate new employees on what to look for and prevent them from making poor decisions on phishing attempts. It is also helping make our employees more cautious when opening emails.
Our Employees are the Best Defense
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps to educate our employees on the best ways to protect our company from harm. We schedule weekly trainings and most are very short and many are entertaining as well. Instead of being dry, boring lectures it's humorous education. It never takes much time to complete but it's effective. We have been doing this for a year and we took a Security Awareness Proficiency Assessment at the beginning and at the end of a year and we saw our scores rise. Several employees state how the knowledge that they are learning has even helped them in their private lives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see a down side. I am very happy the way it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KNowBe4 educates our empoyees on the different ways our company can be attacked and how they are the key for prevention. Our risk of cyber attack is much lower now that we are training.
