What do you like best about the product?
The training is customizable to your organization and you're able to provide a lot of different topics for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really any dislikes with the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps educate the company user group in security and increase the organization's security culture
A huge improvement
What do you like best about the product?
This awareness training program and campaigns literate our users immensely. They are getting smarter and smarter time to time to manage and recognize the spam emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I don't see anything dislike about the training. It is a big plus in security literacy for the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It spreads the awareness in our users about how to stop getting hacked from evil doers.
Excellent cyber awareness training
What do you like best about the product?
Thorough and informative. Keeps the interest of a large demographic of users. Very helpful and essential in creating an excellent cybersecurity culture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything that I don't like about the awareness training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is educational and all who use the training are becoming more aware of the real threats that exist.

Since starting our KMSAT journey, the company click rate has decreased, and the report rate has increased significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see the quiz questions include more questions related to the new topics in each training. The questions seem to cover the more general topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are reporting more suspicious emails via PAB, and other means.
Best Cyber Security Awareness Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive interface for navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found out a bit difficult to figure out the logic settings to make certain automated processes work correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced our user click rate immensely and have users the knowledge to recognize phishing emails.
Instrumental Tool for Training Our Users
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has a robust library of modules and courses that allows us to properly cater to our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
KnowBe4 can be awkward to navigate in certain tabs but CSMs are extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 SAT has allowed our users to be more aware of cyber threat actors and helped ensure our users protect PHI.
Informative and a must have for any company
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has enabled us to educate our employees on a variety of security awareness topics and ensure the material is received and understood by all. This is a must have for any company wanting to secure the best chance of success across the threat landscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides. There can only be a benefit to educating employees about today's cyber threats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 enables us to effectively educate all our employees by providing any easy to use interface that works across various platforms.
The most impactful security awareness training program
What do you like best about the product?
I like the content of the training. It's very humerous but informative. The console is very user friendly and easy to use and setup training and phishing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't track within knowbe4 when you have your own LMS but knowbe4 is working on integration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is educationg users on security awareness in a fun and interactive way and providing real world examples through phishing campaigns.
