Learning the Ins-Outs of KnowB4
What do you like best about the product?
It is quick, easy to understand and readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know, we haven't used it long enough nor have I played with it long enough to know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been helpful for our end users to spot, identify phishing emails.
Excellent Product
What do you like best about the product?
There is a vast amount of training modules to choose from, and setting the trainings up is easy and quick to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the options are not explained well, so I'm unsure how to implement them or even if I should/can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users clicking on bad links, forwarding bad emails, responding to phishing attempts. These issues are being addressed in our trainings and have shown a nice improvement in our end users ability to discern a bad email and what they should be doing with it.
Training Games
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting the training campaigns up. Downloading training games is easy. They are interacted and fun to take.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still new to it. I have not found anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to train our most PPP users. It has helped several of those users learn how to spot phishing emails. Since I started assigning to to the users the feedback has all been positive.
Fantastic Security Awareness Training Program
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awarness Training is easy to implement, with a wide variety of training available and good reporting. Users like the training content and find it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training that I've found is sometimes finding the right content can be difficult because there is such a huge catalog of available content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is solving our PCI requirement for user awareness training, it has made our users more aware and more likely to report suspicious emails.

Selecting training isnt difficult to deploy.

Nothing to report at this time.Everything is great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 is emplementing a lot of addons that are really helpful. I will be looking at pricing and see what we may utelize.

The training is easy to follow and intuitive to use when setting up. Real life examples.

When supporting a lot of companies as an MSP it can be time consuming

Helping to keep the humans updated
A security awareness platform that actually works. And well!
What do you like best about the product?
Threats change and adapt far too often. KB4 knows this and adapts their training to meet the current threats. AIDA in particular helps quickly adapt to the evolving threat landscape.

Reports could use some improvements, but it appears these are in the works. Looking forward to the next iteration

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has always been amazing at providing products that really hold their value. When it comes to training users, there's no second guess on what we will continue to keep around. The ease of use for our admins and users is beneficial in driving metrics up.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say what I dislike, honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For new users that may be starting off their first role in their careers, we are showing them the reality of what goes on in our world and how we are always being targeted, but how we can play our part in the prevention of it.
KnowBe4 will bolster your security strategy
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 will improve your security posture and check your compliance boxes. It is easy to target departments and other groups in your org for specialized training, The phish testing can help identify your most vulnerable users and tailor trainings to improve their ability to identify naughty messges.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is a bit clunky to navigate. Creating new training campaigns can be time consuming. Searching for new training modules could be improved a lot. Knowing which training modules have been used previously is hard to identify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is solving a compliance requirement for us along with educating our users. As a HIPAA regulated org, KMSAT checks the necessary box and improves our overall security strategy.
