Wide Variety of Helpful Training Content
What do you like best about the product?
There is a wide variety available and it is largely very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some trainings go beyond security awareness and into politics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps users to better learn how to protect against threats, know better how to avoid being phished, and learn about current threats.
Plentiful Training Library Makes for a Great Resource
What do you like best about the product?
The library of options is plentiful. For an organization like our own, this makes it easy to find the right training materials for each scenario. We were able to easily roll it out to our users and make it part of annual plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for improvement in how KnowBe4 handles SSO integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us make our users more aware. The more we can teach and train our users, the less likely they are to fall victim to cybersecurity pitfalls.
Relevant, Engaging Training That Covers Security Risks Thoroughly
What do you like best about the product?
The training is relevant while still being short enough to maintain employees' attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! The training is great and covers a variety of different security risk topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has the ability for us to schedule training months in advance and tracks the completion by the employees. We don't have to manually check to see who's completed their training.
Engaging Training with Minor Game Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I like the varied options that KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training offers. The videos provided for monthly training are engaging and cover a wide range of security topics. It's also very easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the games don't work out quite as well as I hope they would.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to educate our employees on identifying bad emails. It provides examples of good and bad emails, enhancing their ability to distinguish between them.
Effective Phishing Training with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy-to-review phishing campaign bar graph in KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. It really helps to quickly understand the amount of phishing clicks versus reported phishing attempts. The initial setup was very easy with Google provisioning, which made things smooth for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle with bounced emails despite allowing all emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to provide real-life phishing examples and metrics on phishing preparedness, filling gaps we had in training.
Easy Admin Edits, But Training Topics Feel Repetitive

As an admin, I like that I can make modifications to employees or trainings very easily

Cost-Effective Security Training but Needs UI Enhancement
What do you like best about the product?
I like that KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training does the job at an affordable price. The initial setup was fairly easy, which is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI experience feels old, and it's not always easy to understand, especially regarding phishing campaigns and how the KPIs are computed. My team is a bit lost in this aspect, and we're thinking about recreating our own KPIs outside of the platform, which is too bad. I think the UI experience is quite poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training for compliance, improving security awareness, and secure coding. It helps with phishing simulation to enhance our security posture, making audits easier and ensuring staff are more prepared.
Empowered Cybersecurity with Seamless Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can create and assign campaigns and shop in the ModStore. I also love the KnowBe4 Academy. These features allow me to continuously stay up on the latest of trainings. The initial setup was pretty easy since I had someone available to walk me through all my questions and next steps. This was very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I'm still learning all the features KnowBe4 has and still exploring them.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training makes me more aware of various hacker tactics.

I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to stay informed about cybersecurity risks and handle real-world threats more confidently. I find the training modules easy to follow and relevant to my day-to-day work. They effectively help me recognize phishing emails, protect sensitive information, and adhere to best practices online. I like how engaging and practical the training modules are, and appreciate the short, interactive format that's easy to fit into a busy workday. The use of real-world scenarios helps the lessons stick. I find simulated phishing emails especially valuable, allowing me to recognize warning signs safely. Also, the variety in content and formats keeps the training from feeling repetitive and ensures it's relevant and not forced. Everything was clearly laid out in the setup, making it easy to understand what's required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training content feels repetitive over time, especially for employees who complete the program regularly. Certain topics can feel similar year after year and could benefit from a more advanced or role-specific option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps me stay informed about cybersecurity risks and learn how to handle threats confidently. It reduces uncertainty around cybersecurity, teaches to recognize phishing and social engineering attacks, and turns abstract rules into practical examples, building confidence and reinforcing best practices.
