A real success story.
What do you like best about the product?
. This is a great and effective program with real results. Tons of training resources and regular phish tests, keep your employees educated and informed. The metrics help you determine who are your highest users. Easy to roll out to users. Customer support and Customer success are helpful. We love that we can completely random, weekly tests on all our staff so they don't get the same test as other users. We integrate with MS 365 and have deployed the Phish Alert button to all Outlook interfaces - desktop, mobile and OWA. Our staff use it regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin console is sometimes a little clunky and not as well thought out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing is the number-one vector that precipitates a cyber breach. Training has helped our staff become more critical of incoming email and built up a welcome amount of paranoia to keep them from blindly clicking links. Knowing who our most vulnerable staff are, helps us focus on getting them properly educated and protects us from additional risk.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create and keep track of training campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to synchrnize directly with O365 tenant to keep updates of new or deleted users.

It help me to keep my employees trained and awre for cyberattacks.
Great way to train and bring awareness
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it so easy to train your staff almost effortlessly. It has dramatically changed the way our staff handles emails. We were at over 40% click rate on bad emails when we ran our first campaign. Now we are at 3%, which is amazing. In one year it made that big of a difference. The implementation was very easy and customer support has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using a platform that actively engages your staff in an activity that promotes security awareness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It teaches our staff to really pay attention to emails and not freely give out information.
Excellent platform for security awareness training, growing in compliance training.
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security awareness training is fairly easy to setup campaigns and notifications. There is a large catalog of training modules based on topics. It's easy to use for endusers and phishing training is done very well, especially the AI driven tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you've been using KnowBe4 for a number of years, you start to run low on training materials over time as only certain trainings are updated annually. I wish we had the ability to update/edit campaigns after launch.

Our quarterly and annual security awareness training for compliance.
Starting to be dated in training methods and material
What do you like best about the product?
easy to set up campaigns. It's pretty reliable in sending out training emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training material and method seem dated. They don't align well with the categories for the SAPA.

requirement to have training. Users generally complete their assigned training.

That it utilizes AI to read/send/train its userbase.

Needs better organization when it comes to recent/new training videos

100000% Phishing. In today's world, phishing has gotten out of hand and more users need to be educated on its problems.

What do you like best about the product?
It creates an easy means to educate users on the risks of phishing.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing! Customer support is strong, and the product is enjoyable

Proliferation of phishing emails that look legit
Engaging reminders keep security in focus
What do you like best about the product?
Regular campaigns have kept security at the forefront of our users' minds...so much so that they're marking legit emails as phishing! The KnowBe4 materials are engaging and entertaining, and memorable. Our users complain a bit when they have something to complete (who wants one more task), but they're learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our users get confused and report phishing to Google rather than use the KnowBe4 PhishHook; I don't have a good UI solution to make KnowBe4 the report of choice, but I'd love for that to be their default.

Gullible helpful employees responding to phishing emails.
Security Awareness Training and Phishing Resolution
What do you like best about the product?
Security awarensess training is easy to configure and provides relevant content for training. The content is updated regularly, and with reporting you can identify those that need the training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike about the training modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to do employee-wide training every six months, we do quarterly tests, and provide remedial training. It is educating our staff about real-world threats.
KnowBe4 has been the biggest impact for Security Awareness in our companies history
What do you like best about the product?
The training modules are well thought out and engaging. The topics are always relevent and fresh. Some of the series have been quite addicting for our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see a Library that was accessable for people wanting to scroll through it for extra credit and not have it be a campain. I believe thats in your roadmap.

It does exactly what it preaches. "Think Before You Click"
