User-Friendly Training, But Lacks Long-Term Retention
What do you like best about the product?
I like that KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is simple to use and straightforward, delivered in bite-sized chunks so I don't have to complete long-form training. It means I can complete the training on my own time. I appreciate the accessibility via desktop, allowing me to start and stop as needed, and if a new module gets added, I get notified. I like the self-serve aspect because it doesn't disrupt business as usual. The initial setup was super straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit like exam revision where you learn something to pass the test, and I'm not sure what I retain long term versus what I remember short term just to pass the test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training helps me follow safe work procedures with easy, bite-sized training modules that can be completed at my own pace, ensuring it doesn't disrupt daily business activities.

The platform is very user-friendly and offers a wide variety of courses to choose from.

This has been valuable in teaching us how to protect our client data and ensure its safety.
Empowers Staff with Customizable, User-Friendly Cybersecurity Training
What do you like best about the product?
It helps all the staff improve their awareness and understanding of cybersecurity. It can customise training and follow-up training based on users' training results. Deploying it is so easy. We use it often. Users would not be annoyed too much if they completed their training correctly. The customer support is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good. I don't see anything I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyper securty training. Educate users the correct things to do to protect the whole organization.

Ease of use and implementation. Support is fantastic

Training is clear and concise with a wide range of topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training has equipped our users with the ability to distinguish between legitimate emails and those that are phishing or malicious.
Effortless, Secure Training with Powerful Automation
What do you like best about the product?
great content and automation capabilities so secure training can truly be set it and forget it!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes users hit the google gmail phishing alerts instead of knowbe4 plugin despite extensive reminders. Would be great to be able to engineer around this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
our IT team runs very lean and has minimal time for triage and planned security training. Features we pay for enable recurring training, new hire onboarding, and user phish testing to be automated on a recurring basis with reminders which save our team a ton on time while maintaining compliance requirements.

It helps train our users and keep them constantly alert.

It can be tricky to get it whitelisted with Microsoft Exchange rules.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me the ability to see which CSRs on my team are susceptible to phishing scams.
What do you dislike about the product?
It reveals when I make mistakes and fall for phishing scams, highlighting just how easy it is to be deceived.

Easy-to-Use Training Platform with Helpful Time Estimates
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and navigate through all the required training. It also estimates the completion time which is helpful for planning purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that we cannot create custom training programs with it and are limited in content from that regard.

It is helping us deploy and track the mandatory training we do every year for compliance and audit purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate KnowBe4 for its engaging and interactive content, continuous phishing simulations, measurable results, extensive content library, and seamless integration with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides is that the content can become repetitive as time goes on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 addresses the issue of human error in cybersecurity by enhancing user awareness and decreasing the likelihood of falling for phishing attacks. Additionally, it offers a platform that allows me to generate compliance reports related to user training.
Engaging Training Content That Drives High Completion Rates
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 offers a large library of videos, micro-learning modules, phishing simulations, posters, etc. The platform’s short, entertaining content gets us better feedback and completion rates from our staff, compared to more traditional compliance training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The library is very large, but not all modules have the same production quality. Some older content feels outdated or overly simplistic compared to newer ones. Moreover the admin dashboard is poor compared to other solutions on the market.

We rely on KnowBe4 to deliver security awareness training to every member of our SaaS business unit. In addition, we use it to run phishing attack simulations, which help ensure our staff remain vigilant.
