Brought awareness to our users, in both business and personal safety.
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 offers a user-friendly cybersecurity training platform that is easy to implement and integrate into existing systems. The platform's intuitive interface makes it effortless for employees to access and complete training modules, enhancing overall user experience. We use this daily to assign training to new starters and to review our current stance on our users approach to security.
The customer support you receive during implementation was really outstanding, with a real hand hold approach to get it to work as you intended.

What do you dislike about the product?
No System is perfect, but KnowBe4 are industry leaders for a reason. There is very little to complain about. It does exactly what you would expect of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a rapidly growing PLC, email security was always at the forefront of our mind. We have implemented numerous technologies to mitigate the threat in an ever growing Cyber Threat worls. Ultimately, end users are always going to be your weakest link. Now with KB4, we can be assured, we are doing everything we can to mitigate the risk

What do you like best about the product?
The self explaining videos with "almost" real situations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some situations a at the videos are not realistinc and users doesn't feel identified with those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the awareness thraining they provide the missing U on "Sec_rity"

What do you like best about the product?
The product is easy to use for both admins and end users. There are frequent content updates, so much it's hard to choose which modules or templates to use.
Support is answering very quickly. The implementation is easy, it can be linked to Microsoft Entra.

What do you dislike about the product?
For localized contents (in languages other than English) it may take a while before they become available.
Users marked as Out of Office do not get training invitations but still receive phishing tests.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It improves the security awareness of our users which helps to keep the company secure, because they learn how to detect phishing and how to handle visitors and sensitive information.

What do you like best about the product?
Defined trainings with a lot of material to custom select and assign trainings/ campaings

The report generation could improve with time, as it has some identified bugs from KB4 side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is educating my employees on security best practices and increasing thier awareness on how they precieve Information Secruity.

Content, but Compliance Plus needs more PCI content to help us meet training requirments.

Battling the users that delete and ignore SAT as Spam or Phishing.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is its simple but direct approach - no around the corner type of product that ends you hoping for the best. What you see is what you get --- and what you see is THE BEST! KB4 also in the current trend and has the campaign ideas that are reusable in all events. Plus - they have the BEST TEAM of people during implementation period.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike any because the Trainings/Campaigns are well thought of --- however, it would be nice if there'll be a development of dynamic Trainings where an object or image interacts when clicked. Something I thought would be fun for the users :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Campaigns on cybersecurity protocols & practices, along social media behavior which is very dominant in current organization now. KB4 campaigns on these areas helped a lot to broaden and expand users' security mindset.

Phishing test, tracking of training and ability to assign policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email alerts - you basically have to create HTML code to let users know that this is an internal system. i.e. It is way too hard to brand these email messages - KnowBe4 wants my users to know this is from KnowBe4 and not an internal project.
Also, the multi-language option is always available - I have users that speak Italian and Chinese.

Training, metics, phishing test, mobile version.

A lot of useful educational materials. User friendly. Good admin insight.

There is no option to sign documents for end users.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of detail from checklists of things to not forget, to the info buttons you can hover over. This has been super helpful for me to fully understand every aspect of training I am creating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smart groups have been challenging. It is very simliar to setting up dynamic distribution groups in Azure, however with azure you can switch to syntax and add more logic. you are very limited to the logic you can build for smart groups.
