Great Phishing Testing Feature, No Complaints
What do you like best about the product?
The phishing testing is very good. Also they have good customer suppport.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating users about cyber security.
KnowBe4 Sets the Gold Standard for Security Awareness Training
What do you like best about the product?
I haven't found another security awareness training company with the amount of templates and quality of templates that KnowBe4 has. KnowBe4 is the gold standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike. We love our teams, especially the managed services team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen a big improvement in security awareness amongst our employees. It gives us a sense of security, knowing that they are used to receiving phishing email and know what to look for to validate those emails.
Great Variety and Usability, but Customization Needs Support
What do you like best about the product?
Modstore has a lot of options and the platform is easy to manage
What do you dislike about the product?
When using default setup you don't encounter many issues, but when you try to customize, templates or other settings, you need to spend some time or get support from the KnowBe4 team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need ongoing training for our staff and KnowBe4 is addressing that need greatly
KnowBe4 Trainings Transformed Our Security Culture
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's trainings are a huge game changer for our company. We have been victims in the past of sneaking phishing attacks on our staff, but having the KB4 security trainings keeps our team apprised and aware of all the new tricks that the "bad actors" are doing. Now it is just a part of the culture to look for all of the red flags in an email before clicking on anything. We even have a Teams channel where we can make fun of all the failed attempts that get caught. So glad we have this tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the trainings may get a bit redundant for the main points that are reiterated to staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes our staff members think twice before clicking sketchy links in emails, on websites, etc. It helps to keep our and our clients' information safe.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate KnowBe4's straightforward setup process, which offers significant out-of-the-box functionality and a wealth of customization options. It simplifies our implementation while allowing flexibility. The 'phish alert' function is incredibly user-friendly for testing cybersecurity awareness and reporting suspicious emails, showcasing its practicality. The platform's scalability and cost-effectiveness are major highlights, alongside its high-quality content which uniquely stands out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that customizing the platform could be more intuitive. While the setup process is mostly straightforward and there are many out-of-the-box options, making customizations sometimes feels less intuitive than it could be, which would enhance ease of use.

I use KnowBe4 to identify employees needing extra cybersecurity training, enhancing organizational safety. It provides crucial data for targeted training and ensures compliance, ensuring everyone knows how to protect our information.
Effective Phishing Defense, Easy Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I find KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training pretty user-friendly. We could integrate it with our systems easily and have something running in the background that is fairly hands-off for our team. The dashboard is pretty intuitive and easy to track. It's also easy to get into and research what's happening with each user when there are issues. The initial setup was simple, and we got it taken care of in a very short time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we struggle with staff still completing these trainings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to ensure our staff can identify phishing attempts and keep client information safe, helping us stay aware of potential threats.
Easy to use, but needs better adaptation to languages
What do you like best about the product?
That it is very understandable and easy to handle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The adaptation to tropical climates by languages that in certain aspects is expressed differently.

Training staff in topics that are not so common for them but are relevant in the work environment
Reliable and User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is straightforward to learn and use, particularly thanks to the support provided by the dedicated KnowBe4 representative assigned to your account. I have been using KnowBe4 for nearly eight years and it has never let me down. The training has been extremely valuable in raising staff awareness about potential malicious messages and has helped prevent numerous threats from reaching the inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a feature that i 'dislike', just don't have a use for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I started in this role and began using KnowBe4, users would frequently open or click on most attachments and links in emails. Our MSP was constantly dealing with the consequences of these actions, such as malicious software trying to install itself on the network, frequent password compromises, and accounts being taken over by bad actors. However, after I implemented KnowBe4, the user training made a noticeable difference—staff became much more aware of the potential consequences of their actions. A bit of well-placed caution can significantly influence user behavior. Over the first six months of using KnowBe4, our Phish Prone percentage dropped dramatically as staff completed the training modules and put their new knowledge into practice.
Effortless Automation, but Lacks Multi-System Syncing
What do you like best about the product?
The system fully automates all aspects of training, phishing tests, and similar tasks. All I have to do is configure the schedules and set up the automations with my mail server, and Knowbe4 handles everything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside I have found is the inability to sync multiple systems using SCIM, or any sync tool. I support multiple M365 exchange environments that are not linked, so it isn't fully automated in that regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves any problems I have related to security training of my users, as well as phishing tests to keep my users aware of any threats they may be receiving on a day-to-date basis.
