Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and manage . Doesn't. Take a lot of my time .

Real time alerts to training campaign on a app or email would be helpful.

Excellent resource for cyber security learning & development

Always relevant, easy for our users to engage, understand, and grow better cyber security skills. Especially appreciate the ability to send phishing spoofs to test.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more microlearning and nanolearning content that we could incorporate via SCORM into our LMS and L&D programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As per above, the updates are essential to help keep our global workforce at the leading edge of prevention and risk management for cyber security. We have mandatory training every other month and KnowBe4 is central to that program.

It's a good product, but a little clunky
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to integrate with 365, as well as how easy it is to distribute phishing campaigns to all of my users. I think the USB test is a good one as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the UI for the website is clunky. My biggest pet peeve for the entire product is that you if create a group while creating a campaign of any sort, you have to refresh the entire page, losing all the work you did on the campaign. Wish there was a mini refresh or a draft for the campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are the biggest vulnerability in a company, we used KB4 to counter this and teach our agents in an engaging way.
Quality service, easy interface, a little tricky to setup
What do you like best about the product?
Once setup it's automatic. The users get a monthly phishing test and can click the integrated Phish Alert button in Outlook to report phishing. We can run reports to see progress on a monthly or custom time frame. The users are automatically enrolled in additional training when they click a phishing test and the system admins and their manager get notified when that happens.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is tricky and not intuitive on how to configure phishing tests to automatically enroll users in training when they click a phishing test. There are often glitches in when and if users get enrolled in training and there are several different things to configure and link together to achieve something as simple as "If a user fails a test, enroll them in training." Often when a user failes multiple tests over the year we have to create custom rules for 1st failure, 2nd failure, 3rd. etc and custom training campaigns for each, then link them in a particular way so that they actually get assigned the correct training. This needs to be streamlined into a wizard like setup. Also if you don't configure the training just right the user doesn't know they are assigned to it. The "just right" part is setting an end date. Nowhere does it say that having or not having an end date to the training makes it optional. Very confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its providing security awareness training and monthly phishing training for all users. It tracks our metrics of how well we're doing as a company in reporting phishing emails and getting tricked by the tests. It gives a nice dashboard for each training campaign and allows us to run necessary reports.

Developing a better prepared workforce for recognizing and preventing cybersecurity breach attempts via email.
KnowBe4 Training and Reporting has been fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
The way KB4 has customizable campaigns to focus on specific topics and also the reporting it provides on clicked failures, etc. to help identify high risk users has been spectular to focus additional training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been any major topics which have stood out to be negative regarding the product, one item may be the when emails are forwarded to our SOC spam team to review after a user has submitted them, if the SOC analyst clicks the link in the submitted email, the user counts as a failed click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has been great in highlighting areas that users need to pay attention to when reviewing and identifying a potential malicious email. The training classes it offers has also been top notch.
