Great tool to keep your users aware of danger
What do you like best about the product?
Great automation features, good phishing templates in multiple languages, always up-to-date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The videos and animations can be too silly or childish at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identify problematic users, generate data for the executives above.
Knowbe4 product review
What do you like best about the product?
I apperciate the wide assortment of templates and training materials that are available to us. Templates are easy to configure and push to our end users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the Knowbe4 Learner app not having SSO integration. To get the Learner app configured for the user is a complicated process. We also don't quite understand how the algorithm of the user scores are measured. Another pain point is that the templates with attachments will get counted as false positive if the user uses the report message button in Outlook. Support mentioned to use the Phish Alert Button but we have already trained our users on the report message button in Outlook, so using the Phish Alert Button is not something we have interest in utilizing. Basically, better integration with Microsoft would be apperciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are getting better at identifying potential spam messages and are reaching out to our help desk to verify the validity of the message in question. We are experiencing less email security related events as a result of the spam awareness training.
Good training and testing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The training is quick and informational and seems to stick with our users. Users use the knowledge to report suspect emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be a little repetitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less security issues and breaches caused by phishing. Much less remediation needed for those issues. Keeps users alert and watching out for threats
KnowBe4 is VALUABLE
What do you like best about the product?
The training content is always relevant and changes each year to highlight the most common threats to Security Awareness. KnowBe4 is also competitively priced and easy to use for all of our team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had team members request more testing; unfortunately there are only 1 or 2 games versus videos to help with Security Awareness training. It is hard for our team to continuously watch videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Security Awareness training on KnowBe4 has greatly improved our team's knowledge on phishing and spotting phishing emails. We have gone from just above industry average to way below. It has also exposed many team members on common security threats to the organization that we haven't experienced or seen.
Great tool to improve security awareness posture
What do you like best about the product?
I find that KnowBe4 has a very complete library and a lot of different options for templates. They are easy to setup and maintain. With so many options it can often be a bit overwhelming, but so far the Customer Success Manager they provide has been a big help.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features, but I don't like that every new feature or add on is a big expense added on to your subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a big help to have the phish alert button. This has provided a quick and easy way for users to get more involved in reporting.
Excellent Phishing and Security Training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is incredibly easy to use and provides newsletters and other content which is important in driving a good security culture in the business on how to deal with cyber incidents
What do you dislike about the product?
The training in IT security can sometimes be too short and can be easily skipped by the users. Also some content is not very detailed and can be confusing at best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making our staff more aware of how to treat suspicious emails and phishing emails. As email is the number one attack vector this is important first line of defence againts cyber attackers
KnowBe4 Security Awareness provides good end user training with unique targeted phishing tests!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize training per user type or group with additional training for phish test failures.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike at this point.

Educating end users on Phishing attempts and raising the overall security awareness accross the organization.

The ease at which training is automated and phishing simulations can be generated without a heavy lift

Once set up everything is very easy to use. I would not have been able to create templates without the help of knowBe4 support team

Phishing simulations constantly being sent to our team, and auto generated training sent to new employees

What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed us to recognize phishing encounters.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could use employees personal emails because not everyone has a company email.

Cybersecurity training in an easy to use package
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to configure, lots of content, able to connect to our systems in terms of SSO and import of users. Variety of content is also very good. We have been very happy with the user friendliness of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I have been frustrated at all the different packages and when we purchase something, a new feature comes out but we have to pay more to get it as it is in a different package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting the requirement to train all our users on cybersecurity. We also use it for some policies and custom training which is really helpful. This has met a great need in our org.
