What do you like best about the product?
I love how I help automate all the human resources department, because it has a number of interesting features, one of them is that generates a report of analysis, so much so, that it helped me to discover that there were a lot of absent staff in the company, Factorial gave me the opportunity to create my own conditions to take a more detailed control of how to allocate holidays to my employees, and the option of how to distribute workloads, without the need to exploit any employee, another feature is how I Allows you to follow the time and effort that each employee devotes from their job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that when assigning permissions to other users some features are not shown completely, I am unconfigured every time my browser changes language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I collaborate to gain more knowledge of how to manage my employees 'time, helped me to create my own standards of how employees' free time would be, and we have obtained more productivity within the company, even within the human resources department.
