I don't recommend HR tools and would recommend other tools before factorial
What do you like best about the product?
I think that factorial is helpful for the employees but fails to adapt to many cases and expenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that many cases relating to tradeshows' compensation are not considered. Also, there is little enforcement or communication to the company employees when the company fails to respect the legislation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think factorial is solving a problem of management that can be easily coded. I believe that this will be replicated by many other companies.

Greatest tool for small and big companies
What do you like best about the product?
You can control everything about your workplace here. From your work schedule, ask for leaves and you can even see who's available at the office and who is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the user interface is not the greatest or is not up to date, but it works really really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes my life inside work much simpler. I can literally see what everyone's doing. Who is available and who isn't.

I need the possibility to clock in at work automatically

I always know who is working and I can manage my holidays easier

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is incredible to use. Very different of all softwares of HR that I've use. In mobile app you can find your payslips, request vacation, see your vacation balance in real time and if you have any medical problem is possible inform your hr and share the document about medical leave. I could easy sign all documents sent by the company digitally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I faced some problems about interface when I changed app language, but this did not affect and was not critical. I made logout and then login again and the problem was solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several, but I could put as top priorities document centralization, time-off management and mobile app. With home office is crucial to have a good HR application whee you could management your employee info centralized.
Easy to use clock in and out
What do you like best about the product?
With a simple and intuitive interface factorial makes easy the clock in and out. Also to sign documents and request holidays is easy

Nothing in particular, now with the automatic breaks Im fully satisfied

I can clockin and out with my mobile phone or the desktop app. And the performance review tool is amazing

All my easy business documents in one place, attendance control, and available vacation days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the correct control of when the employee clocked in, the times are easily changed, it does not work as a reliable time control

The ability of requesting your day off without actually having to phisically comunicate it to your manager, which is usually occupied and you dont want to bother.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the front-end features could be aprimorated, the colors aren't exactly very confortable to look at, maybe some pastel pallete would be great, or keep it with the basic black.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as mentioned before, the autonomy gained from it helps a lot and the fact that you have at your disposal the calendar of your peers also helps when deciding when you're able

What do you like best about the product?
- Has the personnel entry and exit control
- You can create workgroups with custom work schedule options. Just like you have the option to handle work shifts.
- Events and Posts that can target specific groups are quite helpful.
- The fact of having all the staff and being able to generate reports with different data and an organization chart in real time helps to have macro control of the company and the way it is organized.
- It allows you to consider personal without having to have emails with the company domain.
- You can create workgroups with custom work schedule options. Just like you have the option to handle work shifts.
- Events and Posts that can target specific groups are quite helpful.
- The fact of having all the staff and being able to generate reports with different data and an organization chart in real time helps to have macro control of the company and the way it is organized.
- It allows you to consider personal without having to have emails with the company domain.
What do you dislike about the product?
• You must refine several important points for HR management such as:
• Workflows do not accept the addition of multiple steps or sequences.
• For the elaboration of the templates, the limited availability of variables limits the use of the application and forces the use of other applications to be able to handle the documentation for the staff. Does not allow custom fields to be used as variables for document templates.
• The management of assigned tasks is not
• When you sign a document from the platform you leave the platform and you must re-enter.
• The Delegate permissions function generates confusion regarding the options available in the “Permissions” section.
• The payroll option is very poorly developed.
• Custom searches cannot be recorded.
• Does not have the Offline option
• You do not have the option to manage assigned, pending and completed tasks, so this functionality cannot be properly exploited through the use of task templates. Neither can you use them in Workflows or in reports
• You do not have any option for there to be a communication from the employee to the employees in order to attend to claims or doubts of the workers in an orderly manner.
• You can't pin a specific announcement and you don't have the option to remove birthday notifications from the dashboard.
• You do not have the option to categorize the project's talent pool by job title and performance score.
• Likewise, you do not have the option to send on a talent basis the staff that ceases to consider the staff in future projects.
• Cannot download the Organization Chart of the company
• The support responds in a very generic way and normally they do not solve the doubts that arise

Good and easy way to manage all the team
What do you like best about the product?
Team calendar and timetables and its integration with Google Calendar. The system for holiday approvals and team management is well solved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way to update regional vacations each year. It is not very intuitive.

It helps me to manage human resources (holidays, medical apppointments, time in lieau...) and the organization chart
