Celigo and AI are generating the future before our eyes
What do you like best about the product?
I really value the effort they are putting in for all the new AI tools and funtionalit, and I can see the vision of where it is headed. I've recently built an agant myself. It was significally faster thanks to ORA, Celigos guide tool. I am very excited to see the future and excired to have acces to the tool that let me build in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want access to Celigo MCP so that I can easily connect it in Claude. I want to generate insights regarding erros, and summarize errors. In the deal worled I would be able to have a summary of the error sent to me. Functionallity to have AI agent fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is enabilling us to generate summaries on account data for customer success and sales. That typically takes 2 hours to summarize and compile into an but with this we've cut the time down to 30 min. Also provides great experience and error handling. Core automations.
New Users Adapt Quickly and Easily
What do you like best about the product?
Ease with which new users adapt to its use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty I'm having configuring Celigo to send images to ERPs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to integrate with various types of ERPs while minimizing human time costs. Celigo helps in these cases.
Responsive Support, Easy to Learn, and Strong Out-of-the-Box Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Support team has been great and responsive. Fairly easy tool to use and learn. Lots of different out of box integrations available. Performance is reliable but can run into scaling issues with lots of volume. Pricing is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
More custom flows require more coding and not every integration is easy to follow. Sometimes they put source first then destination, other times its destination first and you map to the source.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less technical way to integrate our Salesforce and NetSuite platform without using the APIs.
Ideal for ERP and E-commerce integrations

1000+ pre-built connectors to quickly integrate business applications like NetSuite, Shopify, Salesforce, etc.

Struggles with workflows spanning multiple systems + conditional logic + transformations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In many organizations, data sits in silos, and moving information between systems often requires manual intervention. This creates inefficiencies, introduces errors, and results in inconsistent reporting. Celigo helps solve this by automating data synchronization and workflows across platforms, enabling real-time or near-real-time data flow. As a result, it removes repetitive manual tasks like order entry, invoice creation, and data reconciliation, which can significantly reduce operational overhead and minimize human error.
Easy-to-Use Integrations Between NetSuite and Magento with Great Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and straight forward, we use this for our integrations between NetSuite and Magento and it has been really useful and the performance is great as well

it was a bit sketchy to get a hold of how to use and set up but i was able to get a hang of it in a reasonable period of time

integration and data consistency
Inconsistent Performance, Painful Integration, and Patchy Support
What do you like best about the product?
It does function as it says with a fairly large amount of ways to build connections for your business and the UI for the platform is actually fairly easy and intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The performance is inconsistent and the actual integration process is a pain. The support tends to issue band-aid patches rather than true solutions. Additionally, the software is fairly slow and prone to stalling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to solve our problem of moving orders from one ERP to another and then to our Shipping software and back again.
Fast, Friendly Support That Makes Celigo Shine
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Celigo’s fast and responsive help desk, along with their friendly and supportive team.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I’ve had a great experience overall, I think their pricing or plan structure could be more flexible to better accommodate different use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps solve the challenge of integrating Shopify with NetSuite by automating data sync between the platforms. This benefits me by improving efficiency, reducing errors, and ensuring data is always up to date.
Easy-to-Read UI and Great Support, but Pricing Feels High

Easy to read UI, great support platform.

Pricing compared to other tools, competitors are aware and have reached out trying to lure us away

Visually organized flows and easy maintenance

Ease of maintenance, the flows remain visually organized

the cost in dollars, for those who are in Brazil, is quite burdensome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helped me reduce costs and work with NetSuite since when the integration was done via SuiteScript everything was very complex, with Celigo this was made easier.
Easy Integrations with a Clean, Polished Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We use it for many integrations, and I really appreciate how easy it is to use while still looking clean and visually polished. When an error comes up, it’s intuitive to figure out where to go to troubleshoot, and issues get resolved efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, I don’t have any negative feedback about Celigo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to connect our 3PL and ERP systems, which has been a significant help.
