It does the trick

What do you like best about the product?
It's a relatively open platform. You're not locked in to a set of pre-configured black boxes, you have the option to create and manage your own integrations with tools that range from an intuitive GUI to a permissive API.
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation in Customer Compass is sometimes hit or miss. Good for high-level overviews or very common issues, but leaves a bit to be desired for more detailed explanatory info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrations with NetSuite and all the big retailers. It's relatively low maintenance after setup, and the dashboard gives at-a-glance overview of how everything's running. Simple way to get data in and out of our ERP on demand or on schedule.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the integrator is easy to configure. The interface is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connections are easy to break when making customizations to orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our website to NetSuite. We have the ability to add inventory to our site.

Easy intergration for Amazon to Netsuite

What do you like best about the product?
It works seamlessly in the back end so I don't have to do any of the work with manually entering each order from Amazon into Netsuite
What do you dislike about the product?
Some orders do get stuck in the connector for weird reasons and it is very finicky with tracking numbers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our back end CRM so that everything happens in real time without me needed to spend time and money on an employee having to input the transactions by hand from Amazon to Netsuite
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worth it. We are using Shopify to Netsuite and will soon be using the connector for Amazon to Netsuite as well

Integration with Speed, Reliability and Convenience!

What do you like best about the product?
Quickly setup new integration flows.
Easy to add/update field mapping. Supports custom field value lookup.
Highly reliable connectors.
Tons of off-the-shelf connectors available.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I wouldn't get accurate documentation on field mapping. For example, mapping different boolean values (1 vs F vs true, etc.) across systems. Customer support can easily help with such requirements though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use celigo to:
1. Integrate Salesforce and NetSuite. It syncs orders, opportunities, accounts, contact and other custom records. Celigo Financial custom records in salesforce has proved very helpful and cost effective for us.
2. 3PL custom integration flow to exchange shipping info.
We are impressed with Celigo's reliable connection and self-service customization.

Celigo proserve team is very knowledgeable and efficient to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use software, excellent customer service and the knowledge base online is excellent. Working with Celigo is the best experience i have ever had working on integration projects. I highly recommend working with Celigo for any and all integration needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, as a customer I could give some minor pointers that would help improve UI/UX. Such as being able to export all of json errors with a click of a button. But overall just keep doing what you are doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. 3pl integration with NetSuite
2. Shopify integration with NetSuite
3. Magneto 2 EE integration with NetSuite

To be honest, we have other integration partners too, my only regret is not finding Celigo earlier and using them for all of our integration needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The integrator.io platform has a proprietary RESTlet in NetSuite that allows the integrator.io interface to map to virtually any record in NetSuite. They have even found a way to include sub-records and sublists. Also, new feature are constantly being added (such as ability to review resolved errors, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI can be a bit buggy on loading certain screens (such as Integration Tiles or Field Mapping), but it doesn't happen often. Scheduling could use a bit more robustness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving business problems for tons of our customers sending warehouse, CRM, eCommerce and other kids of data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Download a free trial and take it for a spin! You can easily connect to a huge number of common endpoints and get started with a flow right away.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo allows our eCommerce department to seamlessly work with out accounting and inventory management system.

Our accountants love it and so does our operations director.

Being able to import all fees from amazon and keep inventory parity across all of our warehouse locations is invaluable when you have a large company.

Our services division uses the IO Smart Connectors to integrate with our Call billing platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing really to dislike about the integrator.io service, it just works.

Support has been great to lend a hand and they go above and beyond to help in weird scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accounting reconciliation is the major reason we brought celigo on.

Our accounting department has a great view of our performance now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just do it, if this suits your needs do not hesitate to jump on board.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is easy and efficient it is to use, very nice software i would use it for more stuff if i could. Very impressed with support as welll. Hard to find that level of training.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some help windows that do not have any information in them. Also support when asking questions was like they were speaking another question. Then they would respond to questions asking if i enjoyed their fix for their solution. Very weird.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy of intergration
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Run a trial period, you will likely need help getting pointed in the right direction. Use your intergration specialist, he always had an answer.

What do you like best about the product?
The super intuitive ease of setup coupled with the amount of flexibility that does not make the platform overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is a lot of documentation available there could be better samples and field use descriptions.

The smart connectors make getting data from end point to end point with ease and flexibility.
