Flexible Middleware That Streamlines ERP and External Connections
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility as middleware for our ERP and various external connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complexity. There is a learning curve when you do not have enough time to devote to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data exchange between our ERP and our web store. We are able to automate many processes to keep the disparate apps in sync.
Celigo: A Reliable and User-Friendly Integration Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo’s visual workflow builder and prebuilt integrations automate data movement across systems. Scheduling and real‑time error alerts save hours each week, reduce manual fixes, and improve data accuracy. An unexpected benefit is how easily integrations scale as volumes grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo’s advanced integrations can be hard to troubleshoot due to limited error detail, which slows resolution for complex flows. More granular logs and debugging tools would reduce downtime. Greater pricing flexibility would also help teams scale integrations more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Celigo, we relied on manual data transfers that caused frequent errors and delays. Now integrations run automatically, saving several hours each week, improving data accuracy, and reducing operational issues so our team can focus on higher‑value, strategic work.
Reliable, Scalable NetSuite–Shopify Integrations with Strong Monitoring Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has been a strong integration partner for us because it provides reliable, scalable connectivity between platforms like NetSuite and Shopify without requiring heavy custom development. The native NetSuite integration is especially valuable, and the monitoring tools give our team clear visibility into errors and transaction flows so we can manage issues quickly. It allows us to maintain a clean middleware architecture while still having the flexibility to adapt integrations as the business evolves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo can become complex quickly as integrations scale, and troubleshooting often requires deeper technical knowledge than initially expected. While the platform is powerful, some customizations feel less intuitive and can create dependency on outside consultants. Error handling visibility is helpful, but root cause analysis across multiple systems can still be time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo solves the problem of disconnected systems by acting as a reliable middleware layer between platforms like NetSuite and Shopify, eliminating manual data entry and reducing integration errors. It ensures orders, payments, inventory, and customer data move consistently and automatically between systems, which improves data accuracy and operational efficiency. For us, that means fewer reconciliation issues, faster order processing, better visibility into transaction flows, and a scalable integration architecture that supports growth without constantly rebuilding connections.
Senior Business Systems administrator
What do you like best about the product?
It is one time set and forget. With Celigo our integration between Salesforce and Netsuite is seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. we have set it up once. periodically we have errors, but that is due to our own field mapping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not face much of a problems with Celigo. But once we needed to build a custom flow. Celigo team was amazing to help us about it.
Robust, Flexible Integrations with an Intuitive UI That Automates Key Processes
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo provides a robust, flexible integration platform that has significantly reduced the effort required to connect and synchronize data across our systems. The user interface is intuitive, the implementation process is relatively straightforward, and the platform offers strong control over integration logic and scheduling. It has enabled us to automate key business processes reliably, and once integrations are in place, it helps minimize ongoing manual intervention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo is a powerful platform, but it would benefit from offering more predefined integration templates and clearer use-case examples. For less technical users, building integrations can still require a fairly deep understanding of data structures, along with the mapping logic behind them. Expanding the library of out-of-the-box templates would make the platform more accessible and help a wider range of users take advantage of it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us address the challenge of integrating and synchronizing data across multiple E-comm partners in a way that is both scalable and maintainable. It cuts down on manual data entry, improves overall data consistency, and enables automation throughout our operational workflows. As a result, our teams can spend more time on value-added work, our system integrations are more dependable, and ongoing maintenance is simpler than with custom-built solutions.
Built-In Connectors and Clear Flow Diagrams Make Integrations Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The built in connectors make it much easier to make use of unfamiliar API's. The graphical flow diagram also makes it easier to understand the logic that I have built into the integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process execution can be slow when making many calls to various API's. I feel like this is the nature of the beast, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to share data between the disparate applications that we use in our organization.
Simple Integrations and Excellent Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of the integrator apps and the customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to see exactly what's wrong when a flow errors out. I wish there was more controls around error reporting. IE we wouldn't be bombarded by noisy errrors, and miss important ones. (triage errors)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a solution to connect our new Shopify storefront to our netsuite instance. It did so with minimal changes to the flows and works relatively flawlessly.
Easy to Use, Stable Platform That Holds Up Over the Years
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use and stability over the years of the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little technical if the person using is not a developer. Example Fivetran makes integrating a bit more user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating multiple platforms with relative ease

What do you like best about the product?
Native Integration with NetSuite. The prepackaging of the flows is awsome.
The console to track the integration errors / issues.
The console to track the integration errors / issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, the interface is pretty easy to use and understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is streamlining our order to cash process.
Great UI and Error Handling, but Development Feels Like a Slog
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is great. Error handling is helpful. I also appreciate the API as I can use it to add tools I feel are missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find development a real slog. It can be hard to trace data through the steps.
Way more complicated than it is sold to be.
The Integration Apps although a quick way to set up have struggled as we have scaled.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It easily flags where there are issues with our integrations.
