Easy to Use, Flexible Data Transfers with Helpful Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy it is to use. We can give it to our non technical users. It’s also very flexible, and I’ve found the customer support to be helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. This is really a great fit for moving and transforming data between our systems and External Partners
What do you dislike about the product?
It depends on your package. The plan includes 3 endpoints, and the higher-tier packages, of course, include more.

Integration with our Customer facing B2B and B2C For Orders , Items. Also EDI with Marketpalces
Flexible Platform for Ingesting and Mapping Complex Data
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the platform’s flexibility in ingesting and mapping complex data between systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding how to code is necessary. Errors are not easily identified for troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving data between different systems helps bridge my order-to-cash process. This functionality lets me use the best platforms for specific tasks, even when those systems don’t connect easily with one another.
Strong Performance with NetSuite Integrations Once Set Up
What do you like best about the product?
Works pretty well once set up with our netsuite integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes support can take a while but overall content with level of product performance and service. Pricing is a bit tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
retail and wholesale and ecommerc integrations are time savers
Comprehensive Integrations That Let Us Connect with Any Partner
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has the most comprehensive and convenient options for connecting with all of our customers at all levels of complexity. We used to have to turn away interested business because the cost of integration was too high, but since we have partnered with Celigo we have efficient means of connecting with any and all interested partners. Celigo's dashboards provide simple and easy status updates at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides to Celigo are the premium pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to turn away interested business because the cost of integration was too high, but since we have partnered with Celigo we have efficient means of connecting with any and all interested partners.
Easy-to-Manage Integrations with Fast, Efficient Support
What do you like best about the product?
When we adopted Celigo, our initial goal was to send and receive data between us and a supplier. As we started using the platform, we began looking at other integrations we could implement to reduce the load on the source platform. Celigo is easy to set up, and it’s straightforward to manage integrations and flows. We’ve also been able to clone flows, which has helped us onboard new partners more quickly. And when we do run into a problem, the technical support team is fast and efficient in providing the assistance needed to resolve the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
While using Celgio I have found the least helpful thing is there can be a delay when the flow error and seeing the error, but that is a minor convenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilising Celgio to send and receive data to partners and vendors.
Great Way to Funnel Orders from Multiple Platforms into NetSuite
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to funnel all orders from different platforms into NetSuite
What do you dislike about the product?
Bringing in Canadian Dollars as US Dollars into NetSuite has become a pain point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love having a consistent way to bring in all of our orders from different storefronts and social media selling platforms into NetSuite
Flexible platform, rich in integrations and very secure
What do you like best about the product?
Platform flexibility with a large number of possible interconnections with different basic solutions as well as with a rich catalog of third-party applications: Microsoft Entra ID, ERP (NetSuite), HRIS (Lucca), Shopify, Salesforce, etc... Very secure solution. Ease of implementation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Solution not so easy to handle for non-technical people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interconnection between applications exchanging files of different types (csv, xml, java, etc.). Automation of manual processes.
Easy Connections and an Adaptable Platform That Helps Us Hit Our Goals
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding new connections and the adaptability of the platform allows us to execute on our business goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
For enterprise-level customers, the execution logging still leaves something to be desired. That said, Celigo has made significant improvements in this area over the last year.

It allows us to automate the core functions of our business.
Order Transfers That Work
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of orders transferring into NetSuite and even if they get hung up for any reason, after making adjustments they are easily exported.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't honestly have anything that I find too difficult to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe we are having issues with customers placing orders that have a US billing address and are shipping to someone in Canada. This is being worked on.
