Intuitive Data Flows and Mapping with Easy Error Resolution

What do you like best about the product?
Creating our data order flows in Celigo, and managing our mappings are very intuitive. Going past that, it's also great to see any errors in Celigo, and being able to resolve them as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't on Celigo, but more so on the ever growing challenge of staying familiar with custom scripts in Celigo, and how they change over time. It can be challenging to jump back in and see how the script changed, and troubleshooting it in order to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo has helped us automated our entire Order To Cash and Fulfillment flows. We are looking forward to exploring other process automation areas within our business.

Seamless NetSuite Integration and Easy Automation with Celigo

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with NetSuite and simple interface. I learned that we can automate processes inside of NetSuite using only Celigo and no other 3rd party tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The FTP/SFTP connector is cost-prohibitive for us at this point, the cost is not worth the minimal time that it would save us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary use is EDI, and Celigo has given us full control over the mapping of documents into NetSuite. Instead of paying and waiting for a 3rd party to make simple changes, we can now make these changes in just a few minutes. All of this for about the same price we were paying before.

What do you like best about the product?
That it integates two way communication between our two systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont know hot to use it well, so depending on implmentation teams. Would love to feel more independent. I'd like to learn how to have it clear out all transactions and re-sync daily, which I can talk more on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Two way communication between our two systems and flexible work flows including creating formulas, etc.

Its very user friendly to a non technical staff
What do you dislike about the product?
as a developer, sometimes i wish things were a little more straight forward and not having to write 'pre and post' scripts. Like, i just want to look at my data and make it happen like i would with code, not have to do all these weird UI things. Also, Celigo updates a LOT with teh UI and i find that a little unnecessary and confusing.

It’s easy to use and compatible with just about any third-party option.

I don’t have anything specific to point out. The product works well and does what I expected.

The integration between NetSuite, SalesForce, and other platforms makes it easier to connect the enterprise applications we use. It allows us to create automated workflows across these different systems, which helps streamline how everything works together.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it easy to build flows between different applications and manage errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations in prebuilt integration apps to not edit or update anything and it is quite expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for most of our integrations. Compared to scripts, it takes less time to develop, and if something goes wrong, it’s easier to identify and fix. The connectors are simple to authenticate and set up, and the customer support is excellent.
