Intuitive interface and codeless programming: very useful for non-technical profiles
What do you like best about the product?
Its interface and codeless programming are very useful for profiles further away from the sector.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration is difficult, and it lacks logs where you can see the data that is passing when the flow step marks a success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed us to make an integration between our ERP and our B2B in a standardized and simple way.

It significantly streamlines and eases our data pipelines for accounting purposes, and helps us keep diverse systems in sync

Error management can be a bit slow and it's sometimes finnicky dealing with test runs and mock output data

Data synchronisation between systems and streamlined accounting flow for financial data across multiple platforms and processors
Robust, User-Friendly Middleware with Strong Analytics and Security Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to its competitors, Celigo’s Integrator.IO provides a more robust middleware solution while still maintaining a user-friendly UI, along with a strong set of analytics and security tools for admins.
What do you dislike about the product?
Approaching Integrator.IO directly without any prior experience can feel challenging and even a bit intimidating. However, the onboarding process, along with the extensive community resources and Celigo University courses, makes it easy to learn the product and turns the learning experience into something genuinely enjoyable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo has been helping our business connect our internal software tools, and it’s also enabled us to add automation to our existing processes.

Simplifies data importing from marketplaces into NetSUite.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we grow and keep adding accounts and marketplaces it can get too expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating all needed code to import transactions data from Online Marketplaces to our ERP, with this we have clear visibility about our revenue and inventory.
Proactive Updates, but Support Falls Short for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
proactive updating rather than being reactive to other platform updates
What do you dislike about the product?
The support is not great, not what we got sold on initially. We as a small business basically have a third party on standby to do all the flow stuff for us.

From an Administrative viewpoint, it's fairly easy to use and to troubleshoot.

Errors can be cryptic which makes addressing them by end users hard.

Integrates data between two key software platforms for us and keeps working despite all the updates which are constantly rolled out by the other platforms.

Sometimes the error message doesn't give me as many details as needed to troubleshoot
