Timely Implementation, Detail-Oriented Suggestions, and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Their timely implementation and paying attention to detail to provide better suggestions to help with integration of other products. Overall product is easy to use and understand for a non-tech guy to own and build.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not experienced an issue yet so cannot comment on this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us connect our salesforce data with Netsuite in a two way sync so the information is flowing in both directions.
A modern, Easy-to-Learn iPaaS with Rich Prebuilt Apps and Great Support!
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is a modern day iPaaS, its relatively easier to learn compared to some other tools. Celigo's platform works really well for mid market companies with a lot of SaaS integrations, they have a rich set of prebuilt apps, a great product and support team
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo can scale and add some features that other platforms provide like complete API management, more connectors for on premise integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SaaS integrations mainly with NetSuite ERP. Using Celigo we have been able to connect all our SaaS applications like Shopify and Amazon and custom apps like the 3PL APIs with ease. These integrations are processing thousands of transactions daily and ensuring our business operations run smoothly.
A Solid Integration Platform Backed by Performance and Value
What do you like best about the product?
A great tool for integrating and exchanging data between systems. The team is very professional and works closely with the client to provide a quote that’s tailored to the client’s exact needs. It's a easy to use and implement. We are currently using it to exchange the data daily between our accounting platform and salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are happy overall with Celigo and there isn't any particular dislikes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Salesforce CRM for our sales and policy administration, and NetSuite as our accounting platform. We were looking for a third-party tool to exchange data in real time, and Celigo was one of the options we considered. After a thorough analysis, we decided to go with Celigo based on performance, ease of implementation, and cost. We’re really happy with our decision.
Extremely Responsive Team and a Fun, Supportive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The team! The Celigo team is always so lovely to work with. Extremely responsive, very kind and make the hard work fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. For a beginner it is a tad complicated to grasp at first, but they provide resources and guidance to counter that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo connects our Shopify stores directly to NetSuite. A simple check each month and we're good to go! We so rarely have any discrepancies. Celigo saves us so much manual work and time.

It’s easy to use and has a clean, intuitive interface. The data connectors also work really well, which makes it straightforward to get everything set up and running smoothly.

I’d like to see more customization options for the data connection.

Celigo helps my company’s data department save a lot of time and effort by integrating our data across different sources.
Celigo: Easy to Learn, Rock-Solid Platform for Enterprise Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is easy to learn and easy to use and has been solid as a rock. It is clear that they have built out a platform which meets the needs of today's enterprise. Support from the entire Celigo team has been great, and our questions are answered quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is nothing to dislike at all. The sales cycle, training and implementation have been very smooth, and the team is up and creating integrations already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are replacing hand-built integrations with Celigo as a part of our IT Modernization effort. It is very important to us to have a solid integration platform that can be extended easily and which is easy to understand and maintain. Our hand-built integrations have no choice but to become technical debt, and we are all about removing technical debt.
Top-Notch Support, Reliable Performance, and Rapid Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Strong Support & Reliable Performance, user friendly interface and rapid integration setup and scalability
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some learning curve with the error logs but that come with any platform but the support is top notch

Streamline operations by connecting platforms like Salesforce, Shopify, NetSuite, and Amazon with pre-built connectors and customizable integration flows.
Reliable and Easy to Use, but NetSuite Saved Searches Limit Database-Level Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Its Reliable and the user interface is very easy to use. They have alot of stock integrations that help to build out flows quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't any downsides to utilizing Celigo. I do wish they worked at a database level with NetSuite instead of using saved searches for information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating payments to our bank with netsuite. It has been hugely beneficial as they did not have an integration when we originally setup
Enjoyable Interface, Solid Partner Support, and Helpful Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy the interface and the partner that you all recommended to help us build out the processes is solid (lysi). We also enjoy the enhancements that you all are adding to help with failures and such with clearer details.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface changing can be somewhat challenging to manage quickly. I am not happy about the changes to the certification courses as the stepped 1-4 option allowed a user to choose how far they wanted to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrated our ecommerce Shopify connections for traditional and working on Collective. Priorly, all ecom work was manually done. We have automated the fulfillment and payments flows too. We also are using it to connect to our HRIS partner to pull in payroll JEs and employee metadata. We are looking at it as a possible solution to connect some data resources to our new transportation management partner too.
Easy to Use API with Good Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly easy to use even with minimal previous exposure to APIs. The documentation is pretty good, and the office hours we've attended have always been helpful. We self implemented and it went pretty well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can get exponential quick if you have multiple different endpoints. Sometimes it's hard to justify the additional cost for a very small process, even though it would be easy to automate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of invoice/order creation which eliminates manual entry and reduces the likelihood of errors by removing the human. Primarily data exchange from one system to another. It is also creating payments for those integrations so that is saving our Accounting team a ton of time creating them manually.
