Easy to Use, Clear Error Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is easy to use and clearly indicates where there are errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our connections fail quite often. However, I'm not sure that is a Celigo issue, but more, how the systems were configured within Celigo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is connecting HubSpot to NetSuite. The workflow creates projects in NetSuite, eliminating a manual task.
Celigo is also used to connect HubSpot and OpenAir to NSAW. This allows us to have a central repository of data in that data warehouse for centralized reporting.

Highly Reliable iPaaS That Seamlessly Syncs Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and Internal APIs
What do you like best about the product?
We have had a very positive experience using Celigo as our primary iPaaS solution. Currently, we use it to seamlessly connect our SFDC CPQ processes with NetSuite, as well as to integrate our own internal product APIs. The platform is highly reliable and has significantly reduced the manual effort required to keep our data in sync across different systems.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is an excellent tool for managing multi-platform integrations. We rely on it to sync our CPQ processes and internal APIs directly into NetSuite. It is stable, easy to monitor, and has become a vital part of our daily operations. I highly recommend it for any business looking to automate their back-office workflows
Flexible, Reliable Integrations Made Easy with Celigo
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Celigo is how flexible and reliable the platform is for complex integrations, while still being easy to manage day to day. The prebuilt connectors, strong error handling, and visibility into data flows make integrations faster to deploy and simpler to support. We implemented Celigo to integrate our eCommerce and POS to our ERP system, and currently process over 33k transactions weekly through Celigo.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially for more advanced integrations, but the documentation and support make it manageable and well worth the effort once you’re up and running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo solves the problem of manual, time-consuming data transfers between systems. By automating these processes, it has helped us save around 15-20 hours per week, while live inventory data gives us better visibility and allows us to make faster, more informed business decisions.
Amazing NetSuite Connectivity and Easy System Connections
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of connecting systems, in our case I have been amazed by the connectivity it has with NetSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far we have not had any problems; Celigo has worked perfectly. It has helped us a lot, so I can not mention any disadvantages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have established communication between our PLCs and our Oracle NetSuite ERP system in order to reduce discrepancies in our inventories.
Simple to Use and Works Great
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and does what it says on the tin. Error reporting is clear, and issues can be resolved via Retry or Resolve buttons

There's nothing to dislike about it! .....

Hands-Off Integrations That Run Smoothly Once Set Up
What do you like best about the product?
The integrations we have set up are pretty hands off once they're up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Changing the flows can be time consuming to make sure it's doing exactly what you want to do. I feel like I have to spend quite a while diagnosing errors and just making sure that what I'm expecting to happen, happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo connects Salesforce to NetSuite to save hours of manual data entry to copy data from Salesforce to NetSuite for billing and revenue recognition. It mitigates risk of error because it's copying the information for us rather than us having to manually key in the relevant information.

What do you like best about the product?
Very professional and ease of doing business. Very user friendly, customer support is quick and knowledgeable.

No downsides at the present time on any Celigo items.

Connects to Everything Out of the Box and Eliminates Manual Work
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo connects to just about everything right out of the box. There are so many connectors available, and they make it easy to transform data. If something custom is needed, the team really excels at helping you get it done. Training is also available and is a great place to start; it’s genuinely useful and impactful. When used correctly, this tool eliminates a lot of manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Projects can be a lot of work to get off the ground. It’s not completely Celigo’s fault, but the first integration can take a lot more resources to implement than you might expect. That said, it gets significantly easier the more you do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Celigo to ingest accounting data from acquisitions and to transfer and migrate off legacy accounting systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Seems to be fairly reliable - with few outages or other interruptions

Doesn't seem super easy to use - seems to require some degree of knowledge to really use it
