Quickly to the goal: The modular system implements ERP-CRM interfaces in a relatively short time
What do you like best about the product?
The "modular system" can be applied very quickly to implement interfaces and processes between ERP and CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had hoped that we could configure more about the UI for our use cases. In reality, the configuration turned out to be significantly more complex. However, CELIGO does not offer support for this point during a PoC. Therefore, we only got support during the evaluation through indirect means.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, no problems are known.
Easy Implementation and Fast Scaling for Analysts and Engineers
What do you like best about the product?
Was easy to implement and we've been able to also scale its use quickly. A bonus has been how easy it has been for our low-code analysts and engineers to pick up allowing us to spread the support.
What do you dislike about the product?
We logged a bug, 261669, which has been long in resolving. We're advised it will be resolved in Jan 2026 release but no update as yet.

Easy Workflow Setup and Error Resolution Backed by Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to set up new workflows and handle error resolution within the admin console. Their customer support is also excellent and helpful when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don’t provide a free sandbox environment, which makes it harder to test things out before committing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They address our integration needs between our websites and our ERP system.
Reliable, Flexible Integrations with Strong Support and Fast Prebuilt Connectors
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Celigo is the reliability and flexibility of the platform, combined with a strong support and services team. The prebuilt integrations significantly reduce implementation time, while the customization options allow us to tailor workflows to complex, real-world business processes. Overall, Celigo enables us to scale our integrations confidently without sacrificing visibility or control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Celigo has been a strong platform for us. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be enhancing the user interface and documentation for more advanced configurations, as some complex workflows can require a deeper learning curve. Continued improvements in in-product guidance and examples would make an already powerful platform even more accessible for new and non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is solving the complexity of integrating EDI and API-driven data flows between our trading partners and NetSuite by providing a centralized, standardized integration layer. This has significantly reduced manual intervention, improved data accuracy, and accelerated order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes. The platform’s prebuilt EDI connectors and intuitive API management tools allow us to onboard new partners faster, monitor transactions in real time, and maintain consistent governance across integrations—resulting in better operational visibility, scalability, and overall system reliability.
Quick, Easy NetSuite–Salesforce Integrations with Minimal Admin
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo's core use is integration into NetSuite which it excels at. It's quick and easy to get NetSuite and Salesforce connected and requires very little administration to keep running. We've begun to extend it out into other systems and and have found it to be easy to use and manage there as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't found any significant downsides at this point in time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying complex application interconnectivity challenges allowing us to connect systems reliably and without heavy overhead.
Plug-and-Play Integrations with Great Error Visibility Across High-Volume Flows
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has met our business needs by being very plug and play for many solutions across the board. We're able to easily apply different processes and flow easily into the integrator and be up and running fairly quickly. We have good visibility on error management, it can handle the large workload of all our different flows from Data warehouse, eCommerce, document parcing, and EDI.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing we're waiting for is for Celigo to support order level metafields between Shopify and Netsuite. This would simply a couple of our flows and make life a tad easier without some customization we've had to create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is our integrator between Shopify and Netsuite, our EDI solution, and a data transfer for our Data Warehouse solution to snowflake.
Good Products with Quick, Friendly Support
What do you like best about the product?
Good working products and also quick and friendly support.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the Celigo products we use is integratio.io for data synchronization. It's very nice, but sometimes it takes a long time before a flow is starting. Might have to do with our license and/or our flows. We do have some extensive flows that run for a long time. But that's the only thing I can come up with when you ask what I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically, keeping data synchronized with data from our partners. And if we are talking about the ExtendSync Outlook addin, create and save data easily into NetSuite without leaving Outlook.
A powerful, reliable integration platform that scales with complex operations
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Celigo is how reliably it moves complex data between systems without requiring constant manual oversight. Once integrations are set up, they’re stable, flexible, and easy to monitor, which lets us automate critical workflows between Shopify, NetSuite, and other tools with confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Celigo is that it can feel more complex than necessary for smaller or one-off use cases. While it’s very powerful, that power comes with a learning curve, and certain changes or troubleshooting steps aren’t always intuitive without deeper platform knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is solving the problem of keeping data in sync across systems that weren’t designed to talk to each other. Without it, we’d be relying on manual processes, brittle custom scripts, or point-to-point integrations that are hard to maintain and easy to break.
Great Support Team That Truly Delivers
What do you like best about the product?
Their support team is great. Everytime I've reached out, they've been help. They also have office hours which is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's some logging that takes place that can result in some slows down but its not significant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is helping me integrate multiples systems together.
