Easy to Use with Extensive Pre-Built Apps and Templates
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is easy to use. Pre-built applications and templates are extensive and a big time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes navigation is clunky, but still better than other solutions I have used. For the Amazon FBA connections we cannot change the names for easy identification.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Amazon FBA and Shopify integrations handle the highest volume of transactions for us.

Celigo lets us scale integrations without scaling headcount
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the rich pre‑built integrations, intuitive flow designer, and the ability to monitor errors and retries directly from the dashboard, all while supporting our thousands of daily transactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can feel a bit unintuitive when handling deeply nested fields or tightly customized logic, and there are still a few gaps where you must build integrations from scratch instead of via pre‑built apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is eliminating manual data entry and reconciliation between our core systems (for us, that’s [System A] ↔ [System B] ↔ [System C]), especially across order‑to‑cash and fulfillment workflows. It automatically moves orders, customers, and inventory data in near real time, which used to require spreadsheets and ad‑hoc scripts. This has reduced integration‑related errors, cut hours of manual work per week, and allowed us to scale transaction volume without increasing IT or operations headcount.
Easy System Connections with Robust Testing and Reliable Support
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo makes it easy to connect systems and move information to where it’s needed. Even without full developer knowledge, I’m able to build integrations and keep refining them as business needs evolve, with a robust testing environment built directly into the tool to support those changes. And when I run into issues and need help, I can reach out for support and feel confident I’ll get the assistance I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that, without sufficient developer knowledge, it can be challenging to fix advanced, custom integrations built by others. They are often more complex than expected and may require additional time for research or technical assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to move data from multiple third-party applications. It also helps me create various transaction types and update statuses where applicable.

Celigo Makes Integrations Easy—No Code, Drag-and-Drop Templates
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is super easy to use especially from a non-developer point of view, it has great drag and drop tools, prebuilt templates and does not require custom code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some customers say pricing is hard to predict based off volume and adding integrations can increase cost quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration automation is excellent and really helps customers get up to speed quickly and handle large volumes into NetSuite
