Simplifies App Integrations with Helpful Celigo Support
What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies integration between applications. The support provided by Celigo is also good—they help identify the issue and guide us in fixing the problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging issues without opening a support ticket is difficult. Data visibility is minimal, which makes it harder to troubleshoot problems on my own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration with Salesforce and NetSuite using custom flows.
Comprehensive Solution with Friendly, Helpful Staff
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very comprehensive solution and the staff and friendly and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite expensive if only using it for one or two connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is connecting our Shopify website to our NetSuite ERP system.
Intuitive UX with Reliable Real-Time NetSuite Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive user experience. Deep integration with Netsuite. Real-time data syncs. Extremely reliable with predictable pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting can be difficult at times because error messages are usually too generic and do not really point to the cause.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It connects disparate systems through various APIs, ensuring real-time data and enhanced decision making.
Great, but branching flows dont rejoin as expected, and logging/troubleshooting tools are lacking
What do you like best about the product?
A lot, especially the ability to see previews of data input and output at every step of the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Branching flows do not join back together as you would expect. Their documentation states this, but nowhere obvious without digging through documentation to solve your multi record problems. I also really disliked the ability to debug. You can only view error, not successes or ignored records, which make troubleshooting difficult. Not only that, but the error codes aren't very helpful at helping you understand the actual issue at hand and the inputs and outputs for the errors aren't very helpful either, especially with branching. In the flow status area with the succeses, errors, and ignored, there are many "view logs" buttons that also show nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data translation from one service to another seamlessly and without many errors every day.
Fast, Seamless Partnering with NetSuite
What do you like best about the product?
ow quick it is and how it partners with Netsuite
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe more specificity on errors would be preferred
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management with Netsuite, Uploading CSV PO's much faster and less manually
Easy to Edit Once Running, but Initial Connections and Troubleshooting Are Tough
What do you like best about the product?
The mapping is pretty standard to follow once complete & easy to make edits once everything is running.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to initially establish connections & trouble shoot issues. Sometimes, the error messages seem to be helpful, but they don't always point to the exact issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo solves the backend connection & communication across systems for our order processing. This system allows us to let transactions move from one place to another.
Easy-to-Navigate UI and Seamless Integrations That Fit Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to navigate, although it does require a moderate level of technical acumen. It integrates well with all the products our business uses, which makes it straightforward to fit into our existing workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, it would be helpful if the error management were more user-friendly and easier to understand when something goes wrong. Pricing can be competitive but you have to monitor annual price increases and be aware of how many endpoints and flows the business requires now and the in the future to maximize contract pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
integration among multiple disparate systems.
Seamless Integrations with Strong Error Handling and Support
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless Integrations, Error Handling, Support, and University
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get complicated if not direct step by step instructions, guides, or documentation when connecting with a platform. Sample connections or most frequent connection guide would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross Platform Connections
Intuitive Shopify to NetSuite Integration even for non-IT people!
What do you like best about the product?
I am not an IT person, but the integration to NetSuite is intuitive and easy to use. We've been using Celigo as our NetSuite connector for 3 years and the performance is smooth and intelligent. When I get stuck, the tech support is exceptional and very timely. Pricing for our small implementation is reasonable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint is that we are too small to utilize all of the capabilities of even the base offering of Celigo so I feel I sometime pay for unused capabilities. It is still the most cost-effective option for our business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shopify - Celigo - NetSuite system is a completely hands-free system for us. When issues do arise, Celigo makes it easy to identify root causes and to address them - even for a company without embedded IT resources.
End-to-End Visibility and Flexible Workflows That Scale with Our Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Very good control and visibility end to end. Many other similar services contain areas that are 'black box', which both limits primary user ability to resolve issues (of course) or to understand where/what the problem is. It's also been very flexible, and can handle just about any need we've thrown at it. The scope of workflows we now use Celigo for has vastly expanded from our original expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some elements of the life cycle management can be obtuse or cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's handling a variety of automations for us at this point. The primary benefit to me personally is the ability to solve problems or make changes directly, rather than have a protracted negotiation with a third party to do the same.
