What do you like best about the product?
Celigo makes complex integrations feel simple. The prebuilt connectors get you live fast, while the flexibility to customize flows, handle errors, and scale confidently makes it reliable for enterprise use. It significantly reduces integration maintenance and operational overhead.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some advanced features have a learning curve, but this improves with experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo eliminates manual integrations and data reconciliation across systems, saving significant time and reducing operational costs. It has improved data accuracy, shortened process cycles, and allowed our team to focus on higher-value work instead of integration maintenance.
Fast, Flexible Integrations with Powerful Connectors and Custom Logic
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo strikes the perfect balance between speed and flexibility - the pre-built connectors and intuitive interface let me build integrations quickly, while the ability to add custom JavaScript and advanced logic means I'm never limited when requirements get complex. The built-in error handling and monitoring also make maintaining integrations much easier than other platforms I've worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Celigo is powerful overall, the debugging experience could be improved - tracing data through complex flows with multiple branches can be time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo eliminates the need to build custom integrations between NetSuite, HubSpot, and Zendesk. I can quickly deploy reliable, bidirectional data syncs using pre-built connectors, saving weeks of development time and ensuring our teams always have accurate cross-system data.
Celigo Makes SFTP-to-API & API-to-API Integrations Easy with Granular Insights & Alerts
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is a great program to have as the middle layer for SFTP-to-API or API-to-API connections. It provides granular visibility and solid notifications when a flow doesn’t work as expected. The navigation takes a minute to get used to, but within an hour or so I had integrations and implementations set up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, I really appreciate this software existing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo allows us to have APIs talk to each other with out having to have our own server in the middle.
Good Product, but Account Management could be better and proactively provide product reviews

the iPaaS product that we use functions as expected

account management is a bit poor, our last business review was 2 years ago and rather than Celigo proactively arranging we have to keep driving the request

There's not really anything to dislike about Celigo.

Celigo is integral to our ability to quickly, easily, and safely communicate and share information between systems. The amount of time Celigo saves us if immeasurable.
Great UI and Outstanding Shopify-to-NetSuite Integration Support
What do you like best about the product?
Good user interface. Outstanding Shopify to Netsuite Integration Support Team. The built-in flows helps us be up and running faster with the integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Amazon to Netsuite Support Team has some room for improvement. They're gradually improving.

Celigo helps us connect our Shopify and Amazon stores into Netsuite using many of their built-in flows.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation of all of our online sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payout reconciliation could use some work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the posting of individual entries in NS and the benefit it reduced reconciliation/month end time.

Automations from Shopify and Amazon to Netsuite along with our 3PLs system
Solved Our Integration Issues Across Shopify, Amazon, and 3PL
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has solved a lot of our integration issues we were experiencing for operations, inventory, and accounting. We now have multiple flows set up for Shopify, Amazon, and our 3PL. Orders are flowing and we can see where they are.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite expensive and they are not very partner-oriented, when it comes to programs, costs, refunds, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for order routing, downloading into Netsuite, sending orders to our warehouse, capturing shipments from our warehouse back into Netsuite and through Shopify and Amazon. It is working much more better than our world without Celigo.
Helpful, Thorough Customer Service for Custom Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is actually helpful and thorough when it comes to mapping customizations. I appreciate that we aren't just given a link to a help article and told to figure it out on our own.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not very user friendly. It can be hard to find data history or specific settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining a connection between BigCommerce and Celigo, saving hours of data entry.
