Effortless Out-of-the-Box Integrations

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Celigo to connect dozens of Amazon marketplaces and Shopify stores into our Netsuite instance, we also use Celigo to ship data out of our netsuite instance into our 3pl partners WMS's.
Makes Errors Easy to Spot
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to see errors and see when they've been resolved

Sometimes what the error is isn't clear and requires more investigation

User-Friendly with Excellent Notifications and Error Handling
What do you like best about the product?
Pretty easy to use, good system for notifications and error resolutions. Very clear and visible as to what is working and what has errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is best used by those with technical knowledge. As an accountant, a lot of the language is not familiar to me and so i require the help of an external consultant to setup or even modify flows. Sometimes i need their help to understand an error message. This is understandable because of the product but would be nice to have more guides/support articles for non-technical users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Via Celigo automations, we are able to keep multiple systems in sync thereby reducing need for significant manual work.
Outstanding Support Team Makes Setup a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is always available and extremely helpful whenever I need assistance resolving issues or figuring out how to set up flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo can be rather complex, so it may take a while to become familiar with how everything works. Additionally, they recently updated their user interface, which has made things a bit more confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo makes it very easy for me to transfer data from Netsuite. Without Celigo, setting this up would have required a developer and consumed a lot of time and resources. With Celigo, however, anyone can accomplish this task efficiently.

Celigo offers a clean and straightforward experience, making it easy to set up integrations. The user-friendly interface, along with the prebuilt connectors, helps speed up the process. Overall, it feels smooth, efficient, and simple to manage, without unnecessary complexity.

Error messages are not detailed enough, making troubleshooting harder.

Celigo automates the sync of Orders, Contacts, Revenue fields, Amendments, and Updates that you would otherwise have to enter or reconcile manually.

Vibrant Community and Robust Integrations Make Celigo Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there is a vibrant Celigo community to engage with. I also really appreicate the office hours. I haven't had to use them often, but the couple times I did they were a life saver! As far as the product itself, it is robust enough for challenging integrations, and easy enough for beginners to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI has a couple of quirks, but overall, there isn't much to dislike!

We utilize Celigo to integrate our on-prem and cloud SaaS systems together. Celigo makes this process easy and eliminates hours of manual work each day.

Celigo offers excellent support and provides useful out-of-the-box integrations, making it much easier to handle complex automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some solutions can be quite complex and require a lot of coding. It would be helpful if there were a no-code option available for those situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo allows us to automate a lot of our business processes, from securely transferring customer data to fully automating the order flow

What do you like best about the product?
It does what it's supposed to. Whenever I have a question or need help fixing an error, the support team responds quickly and is always ready to assist.

Nothing - it does what it's supposed to do.

Allowing for information to flow seamlessly between systems, keeping the business running smoothly.
Effortless Customization and Seamless Integration Options
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the amount of endpoints that are available. By providing us with easy and flexible set ups we are able to easily create customized flows that meet our specific business requirements. This has enabled us to overcome the one challenge we did experience, which was the limitations of the pre-built integration apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pre-built integration apps can sometimes be limiting. while this would not be impactful for smaller business, or for businesses with uncomplicated requirements, our more complex needs rendered most of these apps unhelpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple etail channels that we need to connect to NetSuite. By helping us control and manage the flow of thousands of transactions per day, Celigo is the single most important part of our ability to fulfill the sales we make and to recognize the revenue. We have also been able to continue to grow as a business over the 5 years that we have been leveraging the services without having to increase our IT headcount.
