What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user-friendly and straightforward to navigate. It also offers a wide range of pre-built solutions, making it convenient for various needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software has a steep learning curve, which makes it difficult to get started, particularly for those who are new to it. I have also faced challenges with error handling, as resolving issues can be both frustrating and time-consuming. Because of these factors, my overall experience has not been as smooth as I expected. Also the platform can experience slower processing times and long run times when dealing with very large batches of data, making it better suited for continuous near-real-time integration rather than massive, one-off data loads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data silos and disconnected systems are a common challenge for businesses like us, as we frequently rely on a variety of applications such as ERP, CRM, and e-commerce platforms. When these systems are unable to communicate effectively, it results in fragmented data across the organization.

I really appreciate the regular cadence of feature releases and the way Celigo demonstrates an understanding of its customers' needs.

At times, completing even simple tasks can be challenging, but I have managed to accomplish everything I set out to do.

The API integrations make it possible to manage information from a wide variety of sources efficiently.

Clean UI, good troubleshooting resources, very helpful office hours resouces

There are some kinks in not having fields auto pop up for selection in the import mapping due to records not being in the sync queue

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely user-friendly! As someone who doesn't have much experience with systems, I find navigating Celigo much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the coding for why something is erroring is a little hard to read. I would rather have a straight forward issue rather than trying to decipher the error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It sends over my orders to the warehouses extremely quick. It saves me time on waiting half an hour for something to load.
Celigo is so easy to do business with.
What do you like best about the product?
There are plenty of online resources available, including videos and articles, which I find very helpful. The account management is also proactive, which adds to the overall positive experience. On top of that, the functionality is excellent and is further supported by the learning opportunities provided through Celigo University.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve, so you might need some third-party help to get started.

The integration between various order management and order fulfilment platforms is effective, offering error alerts and straightforward ways to resolve issues. This makes managing orders across different systems much simpler and more reliable.
