Reliable Tool for Integrating Internal and External Systems
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is excellent and makes it easy to view data flows in a clear, organized way. The platform offers a strong set of features, especially the ability to customize integrations quickly and easily. Once everything is set up, data transfers between platforms are seamless. This tool is part of our daily workflow, and it has been very reliable. Thank you for your continued support and ongoing improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
One key limitation of Celigo is the lack of visibility into successful data flows. While error logs are available, there is no way to review logs when integrations run successfully. This makes it difficult to inspect what data actually passed through the system, which is especially important when building, debugging, or improving integrations.
It would also be valuable to have a way to create and run test cases, similar to a Jest-style testing framework. Being able to validate logic and data handling before deploying changes would greatly improve reliability and confidence.
Another major concern is the cost of adding additional integrations. The pricing makes it difficult to scale, as each new connection requires careful consideration due to its expense. As a result, we often hesitate to expand our integrations, even when there is a clear business need.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps different systems work together by allowing us to integrate them seamlessly. This includes internal systems where data needs to move between platforms, as well as external systems where we share transactional data with clients and vendors. It automates many of the daily tasks we would otherwise have to handle manually.
Quick to Set Up, Smooth Initial Experience
What do you like best about the product?
easy to get started and up and running with many prebuilt integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
upcharge for certain integrations
lack of webhook functionality especially for error management
lack of webhook functionality especially for error management
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping connect our NS ERP to the multitudes of platforms that need to push data in and retreive data from NS
Empowers Visual Development with Flexible Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Low-Code/No-Code: I can build complex logic visually, but developers can still inject JavaScript for highly custom requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
essential features (like advanced API access or specific integration services) are locked behind higher-tier, more expensive versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates the "handshake" between systems. For example, when an order is placed on Shopify, Celigo instantly creates that same order in NetSuite without anyone typing a single word.
Effortless Data Integration and Scalability with Celigo
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo provides a very easy-to-use, self-intuitive GUI for workflow setup and data mapping/transformation. I'm able to adapt nearly any kind of data from one system to another.
Celigo also can handle thousands of transactions in a short period of time without bottlenecking. The scalability of Celigo was one of the main reasons we chose them as our IPaaS provider.

What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo does not have a very good testing apparatus. All I can do is test one test case at a time. I also have to verify the results manually, which is time consuming. I am unable to run multiple test cases at once, and I am unable to provide expected results in order to generate a report on passing vs. failing tests.
I also think Celigo's API documentation is lacking in details. There are no schema definitions so most of my API development has been a trial-and-error game. It is a lengthy process of discovery to set every field in a PUT request to see if my desired change is reflected in integrator.io. It is also difficult to follow good design patterns in my application code without a defined schema.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Celigo, I am able to scale my integrations, which were previously hitting a bottleneck as the number of transactions increased because our legacy code was always leaking memory resources.
Celigo provides a way to securely store user credentials in an encrypted manner. More importantly, this alleviated the need for my users to send us their secret keys and other sensitive passwords. With Celigo, our users don't have to risk exposing their passwords on the internet.

Quick Integration with a Short Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve is short to start integrating systems
What do you dislike about the product?
The error diagnostics are too poor, and we often can't determine what went wrong during integrations to fix them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved the lack of integration between our ERP (NetSuite) and our CRM (Salesforce)
Love Celigo
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of integration and use. Customer support has always been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
More webinars for learning, available resources and new products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Exceptional Support and No-Code Integration Make Celigo Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
accessibility to integration without code, the support and tech teams willingness to help, the support received through the office time meeting and the comped help we have received for small troubleshooting, managed services is very knowledgable.
What do you dislike about the product?
pricing is a barrier to expansion, not sustainable to scale with celigo for more integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
operational tasks to field team (efficiency and cost savings), pushing availability to OTAs (revenue generating, creates efficiency)
Robust, User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
Simple enough to monitor and robust enough to handle complex moving pieces. Support has been great to work with and respond fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Random missing issues come up and are hard to track why they were missed (order did not import, refund not applied, etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transforming order data into understandable NetSuite data. Mapping is concise and the ability to modify is very helpful.
Confusing UI Makes It Hard for Non-Technical Users
What do you like best about the product?
I need more training on it to be able to answer this!
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is very confusing for someone who is not technical
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is connecting shopify to our Netsuite account. The flows are very helpful, but there is a lot of work we need to redo as it is not set up properly for our business and the errors are a bit confusing.
key System for integration
What do you like best about the product?
integration, connecting our two main systems. This is our lifeline for accounting purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires a lot of custom scripting to resolve errors. The errors are sometimes duplicative and hard to understand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Importing our orders from Shopify to NetSuite for reporting
