Unmatched Customization and User-Friendly Integration
What do you like best about the product?
The level of customization, visibility, and the minimal technical skills required compared to other integration tools, plus live support.
What do you dislike about the product?
No flexibility to make changes to prebuilt boxes, along with large annual price increases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transferring data across different endpoints and updating or creating record types that aren’t supported through NetSuite CSV imports.
Seamless Integration and Empowering Self-Service
What do you like best about the product?
It has the ability to integrate seamlessly and cater for different variables and circumstances. The support team are always very helpful, however a lot of the time give the use ability of the platform I’m able to do a lot of the changes or coding myself when required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The error management - could be easier in identifying and correcting an error than the current process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The celigo integration is solving many tasks that were handled manually - such as keying customer orders and loading tracking numbers in Shopify. It is also ensuring we are showing live inventory levels in Shopify, which eliminates any purchases on out of stock items.
Pre-Built Connectors Made Integration Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo's pre-built connectors streamlined our implementation process, and has been able to handle our growing e-commerce platform. When issues arise, the customer service team has been able to great to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you need something outside of the pre-built connectors and functions, it will require customization work and development, which can get expense, and is not supported by the celigo support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo handles all of our e-comm traffic including orders, payouts, returns, customer sync, item syncs.
MS Microsoft and Pincone intergration
What do you like best about the product?
Their strong knowledge of the iPaaS platform and willingness to adjust costs to meet the needs of our small company have been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Celigo could enhance their engagement communication. It took quite a while to receive a confirmed start date, which was frustrating. Throughout the project, I found myself needing to request updates on what had been completed. I feel the experience would been if I received a project update or demo each week, outlining what was accomplished, what is planned for the following week, and a summary of hours billed and remaining.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently in the process of integrating our Microsoft documentation using OpenAI with a Pinecone database, and utilizing Microsoft Teams as the user interface to retrieve data from Pinecone.

The ease of making connections to various platforms, and its ability to handle large volumes of data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's a large learning curve with specific situations, but once worked out, it works wonderfully.

Making easy our multiple integrations into various platforms such as NetSuite.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes integrating applications and software faster then trying to build the connection on my own.

Sometimes the mappings have to be customized and it can get dificult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it integrates our Netsuite with Shopify and Loop. We also have some custom integrations as well.
Quick implementation, skillfully supported by Celigo's implementation team
What do you like best about the product?
Speed of implementation was amazing. It is a tool that makes the complex activity of integration as simple or as detailed as you need it to be. Our implementation expert was possibly the best equipped consultant I have worked with in 30 years of IT projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a technical tool. Whilst it could be supported by non-technical, or semi-technical people, the creation of workflows and in some instances scripting, do make the tool configuration and setup the domain of the techicians.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between NetSuite and JIRA, for the purposes of timesheet entry. Celigo is also managing integration between HiBob and JIRA for the purposes of employee absence.

In my opinion, the new UI does not feel as premium as the previous version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating various modules within OrangeHRM, such as Attendance, Payroll, Roster, and Recruiting, has been a key aspect of my experience. The ability to connect these different systems streamlines processes and helps ensure that information flows smoothly between them.

The expertise offered is impressive, and I find the available connection options to be excellent.

Sometimes, upgrades can introduce issues in flows and connectors, leading to minor errors that may not be ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connections with customers are enhanced, allowing us to implement complex integrations that support multiple workflows and use cases.
Effortless Integrations for Everyone
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. You don't need to be an IT specialist to manage integrations. Once I set up flows for my clients, they can easily manage it on their own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much, I would say maybe the pricing is a bit high depending on what companies are using them for, but overall it is probably fair.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some automation for NetSuite that standard workflows can't handle. Obviously connecting to other systems that have API capability as well.
