Celigo Makes ERP and Sales Channel Integrations Simple
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Celigo is how easy it is to use and implement. The platform is very intuitive, which makes building and managing integrations straightforward even without heavy development effort. Implementation is fast and efficient, allowing us to connect systems quickly and reliably. I also really appreciate Celigo’s customer support—they’re responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful when questions come up. On top of that, the wide number of available connectors makes it easy to integrate with many different applications as our needs grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much I dislike about Celigo. If I had to note an area for improvement, it would be having a more robust or user-friendly way to view and analyze successful data runs. While error visibility is strong, better insight into successful executions would make monitoring and reporting even easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is solving the challenge of reliably moving and synchronizing data between our sales channels and our ERP, and in some cases our databases. By automating these data flows, it eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and ensures our systems stay in sync in near real time. This automation saves time, improves data accuracy, and allows our team to focus on higher-value work instead of troubleshooting integrations.
Rock-Solid Integrations with an Amazing Team Behind It!
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo offers so many outstanding features that it would take pages to cover them all. If I had to highlight my top favorites, the first would be how user and developer friendly the platform is. No other iPaaS product I’ve worked with comes close to Celigo in terms of how smooth, fast, and easy it is to use, both as an administrator and as a developer.
My second favorite aspect is the platform’s reliability, which I could easily talk about for an hour. The third, and perhaps most important, is the support. This is something I could speak about for even longer. The support team is highly professional, incredibly responsive, and consistently follows up. They genuinely care, and I truly enjoy working with them.
As mentioned, this list could go on for pages, but I’ll save the rest for a future LinkedIn post I’ve been meaning to write. Celigo is an amazing platform.

Honestly, nothing at this time. There were a couple of minor issues in the past, but the Celigo team addressed and resolved them. What really stood out to me was how much they cared about our feedback and requests. Thank you, Celigo team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us solve complex integration and data-sync challenges between multiple systems without having to build and maintain custom code for everything. It significantly reduces the time and effort needed to connect platforms like our CRM, ERP, and other third-party tools while keeping data accurate and reliable. The platform gives us clear visibility into integrations, errors, and data flow, which makes troubleshooting much easier. It also allows both technical and non-technical users to work comfortably within the same tool. Overall, Celigo has made our integrations more stable, scalable, and easier to manage, letting us focus more on delivering value instead of maintaining pipelines.
Connection Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Connecting to multiple endpoints is straightforward, and the complexity of the setup really depends on how the user approaches it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of Celigo that I find challenging to debug is that the program only logs errors and does not record successful flows. I believe adding logs for successful flows would be a valuable improvement, as it would help users with debugging and verifying data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main advantages is the ability to connect various APIs and platforms together, which is a significant benefit.
Seamless API Integrations That Save Time and Effort
What do you like best about the product?
One of the greatest advantages Celigo offers its customers is the inclusion of API connections as part of their package, provided the product you want to connect with has an available API. Thanks to Celigo, we can access and update records within our systems that would otherwise be impossible to modify through standard imports. This capability has saved us on numerous occasions. We rely on Celigo several times a day, both for manual tasks and scheduled processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not a lot we don't like, just some times the speed of importing records can be slow, but this could also be related to the receiving system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo was primarily introduced to help us integrate our Bill of Materials into our system, as our BOM consists of more than 2,000 lines spread across four to five files.
Effortless to Use and Streamlines My Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to jump in and begin creating integrations quickly with the pre-built connectors and templates. The ease of entry is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had the ability to see data payloads. There are many times where I am looking for information if a specific file that has previously processed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool enables me to connect with various systems without the need to develop separate solutions for each platform. It streamlines the process, saving me time and effort.
All-in-One API & EDI Management with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage my API and EDI in 1 platform. Simple interface. Customer support is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Professional service can get expensive, but they are willing to work with you.

Automation for all my orders.
Effortless to Use with Excellent Error Tracking

This software is very easy to use, and I find the error tracking feature to be excellent.

Acumatica to SalesForce connector. Works a dream
User-Friendly Interface with Abundant Learning Resources
What do you like best about the product?
Friendly user interface, easy to use and plenty of resources for learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging could be improved, sometimes it's hard to visualise data mid flow without purposely adding in steps to break the flow so that you get error logs. It could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting many applications together can get very complicated especially if you're maintaining lots of code somewhere. Keeping them in celigo not only makes it easier for adjustments to be made but also adds that monitoring capabilities should anything stop working.
Powerful Customization, But Documentation Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use handlebar expression, custom JS, and more in-depth solutions on top of the visual interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an admin, not being able to edit packaged installed by 3rd party. The lack of clear documentation (the current documentation is very exhaustive, but is difficult to navigate. A great example of good documentation is PHP and Wordpress).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interfacing between NetSuite and WooCommerce.
User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Issue Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. We have visibility of any issues that arise and are able to deal with them appropriately online the previous software we used.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure doesn't quite work for us. The endpoints / flows packages are not flexible meaning we now pay for more flows that we actually need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had errors occurring with the previous software which we have been able to eradicate now we use Celigo. When we do receive errors we are able to deal with them swiftly and accurately.
