What do you like best about the product?
I like Celigo for it's simplicity. It's easy to see how data flows and resolve errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first I hated Celigo because there was a lot of manual handling and configuration especially if you wanted to do some coding or transformations. The Celigo AI has truly improved since it's first month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is making it clear how data flows between applications

Exceptional Support and User-Friendly Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a user-friendly interface for easily creating and maintaining integrations as well as managing data errors. The customer support has been amazing. They have always provided the solutions that I need when I've gotten stuck on something or needed assistance on how to add new functionality. Ticket resolution has been timely, and there is also good documentation available as well as learning resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the only disadvantage I see to Celigo and can make it cost prohibitive for some companies. But it could still be a good solution for a company who does not have or want to hire an additional professional to manage their iPaas since Celigo does provide good technical support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of our major systems and ability to modify/tailor data flowing between these systems to meet our needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and versatile. Lots of features available as well
What do you dislike about the product?
At times very difficult to run flows for specific time periods, sometimes requires us to run as of a certain point in time which is not efficient

Its allowing us to centralize our external data sources into Netsuite and facilitate our reporting / accounting.

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest advantage of Celigo is its ability to make integrations consistent, transparent, and maintainable, rather than having a growing number of isolated connections that are difficult to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo provides many tools, but no in-depth explanatory operational assistance in the interface, you have to check additional guides yourself to make sure you're using/trying to use the tool the correct way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lower time-to-value (integrations go live faster). Less maintenance effort for standard processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is always adding new features to the platform. I enjoy how easily they make setting up new flows as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI Changes that don't seem necessary. Some of the recent UI changes moved where features in the flows are located and just didn't seem to be a good change to someone who had been using it for years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have EDI integrations with many vendors. Celigo makes it easy to setup and maintain new EDI integrations with these vendors and allows us to get data in/out of various platforms to use with said EDI integrations.

Empowering Teams with Intuitive, Fast Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo offers an intuitive and simple interface allowing a broader range of our users including business analysts and service desk team to build and manage integrations with incredible speed. We are no longer limited to extensively trained integration developers to be able to integrate between systems. Additionally our costs are clear and predictable with Celigo compared to other platforms that can be more dynamic and unpredictable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints, as Celigo has helped reduce our costs, made it easier to train our team, and allowed us to quickly design and deploy integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've used multiple IPaaS's as well as directly integrated with our ERP NetSuite and one of the recurring challenges has been sustaining a well trained team to support our many different integrations and systems. Different platforms and systems have had high barriers to train new users and become productive, whereas Celigo has enabled us to build and deploy quickly without extensive expertise required.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use, along with the convenience of the pre-packaged solutions and the available integration apps. The learning curve is also manageable, which makes the overall experience enjoyable.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have your own in-house developers, you'll likely find that the limitations of the pre-packaged solutions become your own, as Celigo restricts how much you can truly customize the applications. Additionally, the cost can be quite high, especially if you have the capability to build your own flows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has enabled our company to accelerate the integration of our sales platforms with ease, allowing us to scale quickly without the need to bring in additional resources.

Flexible, User-Friendly Platform with Excellent Support

What do you like best about the product?
There is a learning curve at the beginning, but after that it Celigo is very easy to use. The platform is also very flexible, allowing me to build/test/release both easy and complex integrations. They provide out of the box integrations (like Shopify) which is handy if your company uses them. The recent addition of celigo AI has been a huge plus for me.
Celigo help center and their forums are both great resources for getting ideas/solutions when you're stuck, and there's always the support tickets you can raise if needed (generally they have been very fast to respond in my experience) .
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo is relatively an expensive choice compared to other middleware platforms. However, celigo provides a lot of features that others don't, so for us it has been a great choice and well worth the price. But if you aren't utilising most of the features/only need basic integrations, then there may be other cheaper options.
Celigo regularly makes updates to the platform which is great - but every now and then they make changes to UI or change some functions, so you will need to make sure to read the release notes beforehand, to not get caught off guard
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a different iPaaS before, and it was not great - the platform wasn't DIY, meaning we had to always raise tickets and wait for it to be completed, which took a long time. So moving to Celigo helped us a lot, since integrations were now in-house and we could make changes as and when we wanted to.
Recently, we have had the need to build several different types of integrations with 3rd party, each with it's own unique setup. And Celigo has allowed us to be able to build all of these integrations, however complex they are. Allowing us to expand our business.
