Effortless System Integration with Flexible Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has the flexibility to connect many different systems together with ease. Most of the maps are prebuilt and what is not prebuilt can be customized to fit our need.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to customize a flow, you can run into trouble getting the syntax exactly right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting our online store to our ERP.
Easy to Learn and User-Friendly Integration Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Celigo is easy to learn and very user friendly. I was able to understand and build some pretty advanced flows and integrations using Celigo without any scripting knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo can be pretty "buggy" sometimes. The user interface logs you out and it is difficult to log back in. There are caching issues frequently. Also many out of the box Integration Apps are impossible to customize to meet business needs.
Lastly, it is difficult to scale on Celigo effectively as the pricing and licensing process is very difficult and expensive.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo has helped us automate our entire Order to Cash process from all our many marketplaces and sales channels. It has allowed us to grow in many sales channels without having to scale our teams very much.
Extensive Integrations That Keep Growing
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo has many endpoint integrations and keep adding it over the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Celigo is powerful, some aspects can be challenging. The learning curve can be steep for new users, especially when building or troubleshooting complex integrations. Error messages and logs are not always intuitive, which can make debugging time-consuming. Additionally, advanced features may require more technical knowledge than expected for a low-code platform, and pricing can feel high for smaller teams or simpler use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo benefits me by automating data flows between systems, reducing errors, and saving time. It allows faster implementation of integrations, improves data accuracy and visibility, and reduces reliance on custom development, enabling smoother operations and quicker decision-making

The way things are priced are sometimes confusing.

We use Celigo to connect many different third parties to NetSuite, we are able to have all the integrations on one page that is easily understood

Celigo is constantly innovating the platform.

Not enough training material that is on youtube. Specific use cases and a easy way to just search for content without dealing with a big forum

What do you like best about the product?
Its a go to for integrations for sure. This has allowed many streamlined & automated processed for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Im not sure, seems to be the way to go! So easy to make updates as well. I guess one thing is you could get lost easly since everything looks the same.

Connections between softwares that do not integrate together or at all.
