Versatile Setup Options
What do you like best about the product?
It works well. It offers many setup options, allowing you to do almost anything you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no ability to see historical data. This makes it hard to troubleshoot when issues show up. You only see the failed data, but you don't have the opportunity to view the completed data for comparison.
I would love to see some ability to maintain sensitive data securely and be able to retain data movement history for some amount of time.

Out-of-the-Box Solutions and Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
It provides solutions out of the box, allows for custom flows and jobs needed, support is superior compared to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes slower run times that do not always have a clear solution to work around. No sandbox environment that can be copied over from production for testing purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our middleware and providing solutions to pass data between our different order to cash platforms to our ERP, return, exchange and refund flows with Narvar, inventory management between ERP and Shopify, POS exchanges, custom flows to perform specific jobs.
Effortless to Learn with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of learning and usage, great customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be more examples/documentation on the handlebar expressions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is our main middleware to connect different systems, we can implement a new connection within a week instead of months compared to traditional methods/tools.
Reliable, but difficult UI
What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of Connections possible,
Seems to have a lot of stability with minimal downtime
Seems to have a lot of stability with minimal downtime
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI - a bit confusing. For someone with strong dev background it feels like specific details are 'masked' and when setting up a module the AI suggestions are not clear enough. For example If I want to set up a module that uses google sheets and the AI suggests the pre-built steps "Update existing rows and append new rows ", but it suggests many variations of this step and I have no way of knowing what their differences are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mainly it is helping us integrate Salesforce data to Netsuite - but we are looking to use Celigo much more for integrations between many different platforms in 2026
Simple Layout Makes Navigation Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
The simple layout for easy understanding
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the wording of the errors are a bit cryptive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
orders that have issues won't go thru to production. Celigo lets me know what orders have problems so we can fix them and send them out for shipping.
A solution named: Celigo!
What do you like best about the product?
Unique solutions and highly customizable. We haven't found a problem that Celigo can't fix, and to be honest that's a unicorn! We have NO in-house software or IT and we are not programmers. That said our team is able to effectively deploy, monitor, and work with the Celigo solutions to the fullest. Great interface!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really haven't found anything yet. Been using Celigo for well over a year with no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A number of problems. First --> Celigo imports EDI documents into a NetSuite environment with Cross Subsidiary fulfillment. We were told this could not be done by NetSuite, SPS Commerce, and a number of experts. Celigo said "no problem, what's next". Celigo automated our entire Amazon process including orders, fulfillments, invoices, payments, refunds, and inventory. Huge!!! Next up, Celigo is helping us connect with new integrations like LogicBroker supporting critical business growth!
Modern, User-Friendly Platform with Powerful Customization
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is modern and simple to understand and use, but also offers complexity and customization where necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo offers pre-built integration apps for connecting popular services, unfortunately their Magento <-> Netsuite integration app is dated and has some core limitations that have caused us to forego using about half of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo provides the bridge between our 2 core systems that have no built-in connection, as well as a handful of other smaller services. This allows us to mostly using our single backend system for most employees and actions in our company.
Reliable Platform with Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
The support is helpful when we send in tickets, the platform is pretty reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can use more real world examples in the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transferring data between Salesforce, Zendesk, Netsuite and importing from SFTP CSV Files.
Intuitive UI That Simplifies Integrations for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The UI by far. Working with mutliple API's and systems without a middle software is very technical and for small to medium sized companies with small teams Celigo fills a important role.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customizability of pre-built integrators like Shopify for example. I understand that this is present for a reason but I wish there was a ability to turn off the hardcoded customization so I could add/change the celigo scripts within.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining data between multiple e-commerce stores with our ERP (Netsuite)
Unmatched Flexibility for Seamless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility is amazing. With the right knowledge, you can pretty much do anything you need to from an integration stand-point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant changes to the UI can be frustrating, especially when they sometimes feel like a step backwards in ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Celigo as a connection for many different processes between NetSuite and other applications, such as BigCommerce, Cash Application Management, Amazon, etc. Some are pre-built integrations, but most are custom setups. It really is a “jack of all trades” and has helped us tremendously with automating many different processes.
