What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is quite user-friendly, and there is a wealth of help articles and learning modules available for those just starting out. I first encountered Celigo after it had already been implemented, so I wasn't familiar with how to use it at the beginning. However, the customer support and the help sections were very helpful and guided me through the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo can sometimes feel a bit code-intensive. It’s important to have at least a basic understanding of how mapping functions in order to use it effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We required an integration between our membership database, Aptify, and our ERP system, Netsuite, to accurately record all of our membership activities. Additionally, after launching a new Shopify store, we needed to ensure that activities from Shopify were also integrated with Netsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
Prebuilt connections to Netsuite and Shopify make it easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not great communication on when integrations need to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating Shopify with Netsuite for Ecom orders. We also have marketplace orders coming through our Shopify stores, and Celigo makes it easy to split orders to different Netsuite customers and locations.

What do you like best about the product?
It works sometimes but I think its a big code heavy and clunky. It's not a streamlined product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too code heavy and it's so much better to just find a product that has a native integration. I don't like this product and am actively trying to move off of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving Salesforce integration with Netsuite.

What do you like best about the product?
The mapping is easy to follow. It allows you to troubleshoot errors easily.

All of my experiences contacting their support team have been positive.

I use Celigo to check on errors on a weekly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to pinpoint exactly what's causing an error, but it's usually something that gets fixed quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have several platforms, with all roads leading to NetSuite. Celigo allows us to have accurate order and customer details transferred between platforms.

The limitless amount of connections and possibilities for different softwares and apps. We use Celigo daily and have found that it gets easier to use as time goes on. There are many helpful articles and training.

Can have a learning curve and will take some time to test and set up.

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding process was great from start to finish. Lots of materials and the platform itself if easy to use with tons of resource available to enhance my knowledge and usability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because there is a vast number of programs & use-cases that are all different, the articles found on Celigo's website needs to be checked if it applies to the current version or my use-case (endpoints, modules, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the NetSuite & Shopify integration and FarApp was a very limiting tool in comparison. Celigo is doing a much better job at automating and handling the integrations.
