Great Error Detection for Accurate Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
It is great to have a system catch all potential errors that prevent the risk of reporting inaccuracies on a periodic basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The error messages that relay potential transaction issues between systems can be more user friendly, less codified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo solves issues relating to misscomunication between our software systems.
Effortless Integration and Power—A Must-Have Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and incredibly powerful at the same time. Has connectors and integration apps to many applications currently in market. Excellent training capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's becoming harder to come up with reasons to dislike this tool. I think the only pending issue I have is that it's not easy to implement a do / while loop. Last time I tried this, it didn't work too well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My primary use for this tool is integrating Shopify with NetSuite. Not only does Celigo have a standard app to accomplish this, but there are several templates for customized integrations between these two systems.

There are some limitations of our current build that we would like more control over.

Celigo has helped us automate and manage so many orders we would not be able to navigate manually.
Effortless Setup and Outstanding Support with Celigo
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and ease of use. It is easy for begginers to learn, and quick to setup for those with experience. Customer Support is top tier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find much to dislike about Celigo. For us, it is an ideal solution. I could see potential pitfalls for certain scenarios and customers, for us it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
iPaaS. Makes it significantly easier for us, accessibility on management, gives me the ability to pass off errors to less experienced admins to save myself time. At the right price.
Excellent Integration Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, with a wide range of prebuilt integrations and templates. Building custom integrations is straightforward, and when it isn’t, their support team is always available to help. There are plenty of tools and resources to support virtually any integration need. I especially appreciate that everything can be managed in one place, that their team is highly responsive, and how easy it is to provide tailored access to my different teams and train them on platform use and error management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some areas of the UI that could be improved, and I wish there were a way to search for “Retry” data within the error management section. Overall, however, the strengths of the platform far outweigh these minor annoyances.

Celigo houses many of our integrations in one place, making data transfer edits simple, transparent, and efficient.

Feedback on My Experience with Celigo
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest strength for me is integrator.io. It’s very user-friendly while still being extremely powerful. I appreciate how customizable it is — it allows me to build solutions that go far beyond basic templates and truly fit each client’s business logic. The flexibility to design and adjust flows as requirements evolve is a huge value add.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main pain point for me has been customer support through the ticket system. While the platform itself is strong, ticket-based support can sometimes feel slow or disconnected when dealing with complex, time-sensitive integrations that require deeper context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo plays a major role in automating eCommerce operations, especially syncing data between systems like NetSuite and Shopify. For ARMRA specifically, Celigo allows me to build custom automation solutions tailored to their unique workflows, reducing manual effort, minimizing errors, and scaling operations efficiently as the business grows.
Overall, Celigo enables me to deliver reliable, scalable integrations that would be extremely difficult to manage manually.

Effortless Complex Integrations with Celigo
What do you like best about the product?
I like Celigo's ability to handle high-level complexity without sacrificing reliability. We needed to sync Shopify and NetSuite, but our requirements were far from standard. Celigo managed to bridge those two systems seamlessly, handling our complex business logic and data mapping in a way that other tools couldn't. It has turned a potentially messy integration into a smooth, automated process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo is definitely at a higher price point compared to some of the entry-level middleware options on the market. While you certainly get what you pay for in terms of power and reliability, the cost can be a significant consideration for smaller teams. Additionally, because the platform is so robust, there is a steep learning curve to fully leverage the more advanced features required for complex integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were facing complex scenarios that NS Connector simply couldn't handle. The native connector is fine for basic setups, but as soon as we introduced different discounts, complex returns and payment scenarios, it hit a wall.
Celigo solved this by providing a much higher degree of flexibility and 'low-code' customization. The benefit has been a truly automated Shopify-to-NetSuite ecosystem as well with our 3PL systems. We’ve moved away from manual workarounds and brittle scripts, resulting in almost 100% data accuracy and a much more scalable operations process. It took us from 'making it work' to 'making it work right'.

User-Friendly Platform with Clear Error Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy to navigate. I also appreciate its clear error reporting, which helps me quickly identify and resolve any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Support seems to lack sufficient knowledge about customization, and whenever I create a ticket, I have to provide a detailed explanation. It would be helpful if they kept records of customizations, as this would allow any new support agent to assist more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo makes it easy to create seamless connections between Ecommerce platforms and ERP systems. One of its main advantages is how straightforward it is to customize and automate various business operations, which is the primary reason I use Celigo.
