Best NetSuite Connector for Effortless Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I have used other connectors with NetSuite, and I feel Celigo is by far the best. It is easy to navigate, there are plenty of guides to help when you need it, and their support is top notch. Most integrations are easy to set up. At this point, I can't imagine using anything else. I use Celigo every day.
Additionally, I took the Master Class course and found it extremely helpful and engaging. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their skills and deepen their understanding of Celigo.

What do you dislike about the product?
While this may say more about Amazon than Celigo, our Amazon integration was difficult to configure. I was unable to set up the product flows to work the way I expected them to. However, I do believe this is likely because of Amazon itself, since my integrations with Shopify, BigCommerce, and Faire all function perfectly fine and didn't require as much setup time. And now that our Amazon is set up, I am not having any problems outside of my capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo syncs over all of our e-commerce channels: Shopify, Amazon, BigCommerce, and Faire. It has saved us countless hours of having to manually type orders, accept payments, etc. Having our inventory synced also saves us time having to update it ourselves and prevent overselling.
Outstanding Customer Support and Implementation Team
What do you like best about the product?
Good customer service. Giao, our implementor was great to work with. Our account manager, Matthew is very helpful. The Customer Support Team is very good as well. I especially like working with Jeka.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a few issues from the implementation that need to be resolved. Finding the time to work with Celigo to address these problems has been challenging. It would have been better if everything had been working correctly before our engagement ended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We transfer our customers from our main database to various third-party applications to maintain consistency across all our systems.
Effortless Data Transfers Between Systems

I appreciate how it enables data to be transferred smoothly between different systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little buggy at time, especially with Handlebars in HTTP request bodies

Its allowing us to be much more fluid and effective with our data structure and allowing us to branch out into other systems like Data lakes

Integrator.io UI - modern, slick, easy to use. Ability to test functionality in real time.
The support when faced with issues is excellent. Knowledgeable resources are able to resolve issues quickly.

Handlebar expressions used in data mappings are ugly, and when they don't work, they're not easy to fix.
Celigo's articles to resolve issues are not the most intuitive or engaging. Sometimes there's too much text.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between systems. Transaction flows between systems. The speed of implementation of new features allows the business to scale faster. The ease of use for the data mapping also means the business can utilise other team members to support the business.

Sometimes support does not understand what issues you have.

It's quick, it's easy and it always works. Possibilities seem limitless. If all of our systems would be like Celigo my job would be so much easier!

I can't think of any downside, it just works.

With Celigo we are Connecting our ERP to many other systems in an easy way. More and more customers and suppliers want these services and we are happy that we can deliver it.

Celigo is very helpful for syncing orders from Magento to NetSuite reliably. It simplifies complex integrations and reduces the need for custom scripts. The prebuilt connectors and flexible mappings make it easier to manage order flows, customers, and data updates between systems. Overall, it saves time, improves data accuracy, and provides good visibility into integration errors and logs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support response time can sometimes be slow, especially for more complex issues. Troubleshooting advanced scenarios may require back-and-forth communication. However, the support team eventually provides helpful and effective responses once they engage, which helps resolve issues in the end.

Celigo helps us automatically sync orders from Magento to NetSuite, eliminating manual data entry and reducing errors. This ensures accurate and timely order processing, improves operational efficiency, and allows teams to rely on NetSuite as a single source of truth. Overall, it saves time, improves data consistency, and supports smoother business operations across systems.

Effortless Error Resolution Makes Celigo Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful part about celigo is the error resolution process, especially being able to edit retry data before retrying the payloads instead of going into the source system and having to resubmit the original data. There are also multiple features in Celigo that make flow setup and customization stress free, such as the GUI and the flow charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
you cannot see 'success' data sent, as in you cannot see the retry data for payloads that synced correctly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use NetSuite with our business, and now have NetSuite connected to several different platforms to both feed and receive data, creating far fewer headaches than our previous setups
