Effortless Integrations with Intuitive UI and Reliable Performance
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo makes it easy to build and manage integrations across systems with minimal custom code. The UI is intuitive, monitoring is solid, and it handles complex data flows reliably once configured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging can sometimes be difficult due to limited error context, and advanced use cases often require deeper platform knowledge than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo simplifies system integrations, especially for ERP and eCommerce workflows, reducing manual effort and improving data consistency across platforms. This has helped us scale integrations faster and with more confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform where even the people with less technical knowledge can build integrations on Celigo. What stands out is the built in apps Celigo provides.
We were able to implement quite a few different integrations over the past few months easily to automate multiple business process within the business. Knowledge base (Celigo docs) provide enough knowledge to users and their connective platform provides a base for customers to come together to solve problems easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside of using Celigo as a tool, but due to their most of the support is based out of US/US hours, we often find it difficult to get an answer quickly from their support teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo solves the problem of connecting multiple business systems and by allowing to do it with less complexity (minimal tech debt and easy to maintain flows and integrations).

User friendly interface, high flexibility and scalability. Customer service is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error messages sometimes not so clear. The subscription fee is high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps to transform data from multiple sources and import the info into ERP system. It supports parallel processing which saves a lot of time. It also allows adjustments in flow settings with easy-to-use interface.

Easy to use integration platform for all our integrations and great customer support

Wish there were better definitions and examples of some of the many settings on prebuilt connections
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many flows on Celigo. From connection to Amazon, Shopify, HubSpot, TikTok, our 3PL, and datawarehouse. We also use it for several data loaders for NetSuite where NetSuite seems to have limitations in the native csv import.

Can complete 99% of things we need to do! Easy to pick up and just use it.

Job scheduling is quite rigid starting only on certain minutes of the hour, and difficult to run jobs more frequently than every 5 mins

Celigo is our central data bus. We convert, alert and move data using celigo

What do you like best about the product?
The training provided is excellent, and the documentation is clear and helpful. The platform is easy to use and intuitive, making it enjoyable to work with. The team is also very friendly and always willing to assist.
I use celigo almost everyday. The number of integrations are very good, and setting up new ones are super easy. Implementation is fun.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times, finding a solution can be quite time-consuming because the platform is so specific. Getting technical assistance from customer support is also quite difficult, as it isn't very accessible. As a result, I often feel confused about what to do and usually end up turning to AI for help instead.

What do you like best about the product?
Runs properly and ease of use. Pleasing to the eye as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting of mass errors. Sometimes hard to figure out exactly what you need to be fixing and which file. Need something to help filter and do mass work if same irrelevant errors keep popping up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping of moving data from one point to our ERP. Allows us to keep controls on what can be entered into the ERP without limiting the function of the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is great for less technical users that need a tool that allows them to build a connection from one platform to another. Its easy to use so that your processes can be streamlined and automated. I use Celigo every single day to manage a number of integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I would like the transferring of one environment to another to be a little easier to do without having to duplicate scripts for example. This helps us ensure we keep our environments clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to integrate to ERP's we previously could not connect to and we can also offer an EDI solution for our merchants.
