Error messages aren’t always intuitive. Tracing why something broke—especially in complex, multi-step flows—can take longer than expected.

We are using Celigo to sync data between Netsuite and Hubspot

Troubleshooting, not very detail, could improve on that.

We have several systems connecting to our ERP and Celigo helps in building that.

The platform is intuitive and quick to configure with minimal scripting, and it offers strong connectivity to NetSuite and WMS systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance can be impacted when processing large transactions or high-volume data sets. Additionally, error handling can be challenging without assistance from a Celigo team member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users can easily send and receive files via SFTP using the Celigo flows that are set up. Automates the transfer of orders from ERP to WMS, eliminating manual steps, and ensures orders are routed accurately to the correct warehouse or system.

OOB solutions are typically cookie cutter and quite inflexible. Pricing Model isn't for everyone.

Nothing specific to add; the system is highly user-friendly and easy to navigate, even for first-time users or those with limited experience

Celigo provides the connective tissue for our business by integrating Shopify, our ERP, and our WMS.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use stands out, and the user interface is excellent. I also really appreciate being able to use Javascript for transformations, as it makes handling data transformations much simpler for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue I have with Celigo is that you need to enable Debug Logs for HTTP and Webhook connections, but they can only be activated for one hour at a time. This limitation means that when collaborating with external teams, we have to carefully coordinate the timing of test requests to ensure we capture the necessary debug data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo assists us in populating our data warehouse for Power BI reports and enables us to connect our internal systems with Netsuite, ensuring data accuracy across all platforms.

Celigo makes it easy to manage integrations across multiple systems. The UI is clear, the mapping tools are flexible, and the logs help track issues quickly. It reduces development time when connecting Shopify, ERP, and marketplace data.

The AI features don’t feel intelligent enough yet. It would be more helpful if the AI could directly guide actions or point out exactly where to update settings. It would also be better if the AI lived in a global message panel instead of being tied to a specific page section.

Celigo solves the problem of connecting and automating data flow between systems. It reduces manual work, improves data accuracy, and allows us to build flexible, customized integrations that save time and scale with our business.
Effortless Integrations with NetSuite, Packed with Advanced Features
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is one of the better iPaas tools I have used to integrate with NetSuite. It's ease of use makes configuring basic integrations very easy while still having the advanced capabilities to make very complex integrations possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation partners we worked with were not very responsive and often overlooked our requirements. Additionally, the time zone differences made it difficult to get timely responses or schedule effective working sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has help connect our sales and project systems to our ERP (NetSuite) which has taken away manual data entry between systems.
