Exceptionally Detailed Error Insights Make Integrations Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Celigo is that whenever I need to understand why an integration failed, it provides a very detailed explanation of the issue.

It has been instrumental in streamlining our integration process and helps us stay connected with all the other systems we rely on.
Great for Quick Integrations, But Customization and Debugging Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo provides a relatively quick way to set up standard integrations, especially for common use cases like Shopify-NetSuite. The prebuilt flows and UI-based mapping make it accessible for non-developers, and it helps reduce manual data entry for core transactional data. For teams without heavy engineering resources, it can accelerate initial integration timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization and troubleshooting can be limited and opaque. When issues occur (e.g., data mismatches, refund or inventory edge cases), it is often difficult to trace root causes due to limited debugging visibility. Changes to flows or filters are sometimes locked or restricted, making simple fixes unnecessarily dependent on support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us automate data synchronization between core business systems, primarily Shopify and NetSuite, which reduces manual data entry and operational overhead. It enables faster initial integrations using prebuilt flows and handles high-volume transactional data such as orders, fulfillments, and refunds. As a result, our operations and finance teams can rely on more consistent data flows and spend less time on repetitive, manual reconciliation tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface, easy connection testing, vide range of inbuilt pagination options for HTTP, different authentication types for HTTP connection, strong error handling interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to debug process without mock output data, UI names of NetSuite field instead of its IDs, no inbuilt options for inventorylocation parameter for creation of item fulfillments in NetSuite import, RESTLet based API restrictions (sometimes it is really painful to deal with it knowing generic NetSuite REST API patterns). No looping options

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is solving hours of custom development/coding needed, like for example a simple API integration with Netsuite may take around 40 hours of development while in Celigo we can have couple of flows up and running in matters of few hours
Intuitive Platform with Excellent Support and Pre-Built Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The Celigo platform is straightforward and intuitive with some fantastic pre-built integrations. They also work with some great partners whose knowledge and experience are a great benefit in the aid of developing flows. The support I've received from both the Sales/Technical Team and Customer Support is useful and friendly. Having full integrations with eCommerce platforms and an ERP system is essential and Celigo makes these integrations work seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating API flows requires technical knowledge that users without it will find difficult to achieve positive results in their integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo integrates Walmart and Amazon Sales Orders with our ERP system. This consolidates our Sales into one system making management, reporting, and finances much easier to manage.

Celigo always works and it's easy to use.

There is nothing I dislike about Celigo.

Customizable Flows and Organized Accounts Make Management Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the flows are customizable. I also like that all of the different connected accounts are in separate places and everything is not just a jumbled mess.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scripting can be difficult to read at times. I also am not a fan of of certain options being an additional cost for each connected account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I creates a seamless transfer of orders, inventory, invoices, and billing between order management systems. This could be very time consuming and take several individuals to complete without Celigo.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo makes easy to connect all your things. They offer a wide selection of pre-made integrations as well as the option to build your own if an integration does not exist already.
I like how Celigo gives the user complete control to edit the mapping details and handle errors themselves without the need reach out for support but of course if support is needed they offer it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Celigo is very good when it comes to API integrations but on the EDI side they are lacking a bit compared to other offerings but I know they are newer to the EDI space and are actively working on making it better.
I would love for it to get to place soon where we could use them for all our EDI connections as well as API.

Celigo makes it easy for us to integrate our various ecommerce marketplaces with our Netsuite ERP system.

What do you like best about the product?
This middleware provider is easy to use and offers a wide range of features. It comes with numerous prebuilt connection configurations for various enterprise software, making integration straightforward. Customer support is top notch when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if some of the more advanced components were available in languages other than JavaScript. However, since Celigo typically does not require any coding, this is only a minor issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform enables integrations and automation across disparate data sources. It allows for ingesting reports from various origins and APIs, transforming and updating the data as needed, and then distributing it to multiple destinations for use by other resources.

What do you like best about the product?
All of the preset connectors and predefined API operations makes it very quick and easy to spin up integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love many things about Celigo; hard to say I have dislikes. However, I do have wishlist items:
I wish there was version control/have the ability to roll back to a previous version of various components like scripts/maps/transformations etc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo saves me a ton of time and money from having to hire a contract developer to hand roll API connections. I can get an integrations tested and deployed by the time I can schedule a meeting with a developer.
