Celigo is user friendly and very easy to navigate.

I haven't experienced any downsides to using Celigo.

Celigo helps identify Salesforce data entry problems before I begin my month end close process.

The least helpful is the lack of availability to work with some record in Netsuite

It's providing a connection between HubSpot and Netsuite for us.

Effortless Shopify-NetSuite Integration with Powerful Automation
What do you like best about the product?
The pre-built integrations make spinning up a new Shopify store and connecting it to NetSuite a breeze. They also have free templates available to accomplish specific goals, like automating error resolution and retrying, which have made life much easier as an admin. The ability to create my own flows from scratch is awesome. We've had very little downtime over several years - which is absolutely critical when time-sensitive syncs are in play.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any downsides - there may be cheaper alternatives for mom-and-pop businesses, but this is an enterprise grade product that delivers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform enables both real-time and scheduled synchronization of data between Shopify and Netsuite, making it easier to keep information up to date across both systems.

The development of arkistations, writing codes, facing issues in case of connections

Responsive Support, But Self-Help Resources Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is very responsive and helpful when dealing with issues and queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mainly a lack of understanding regarding how the flows actually work and how I could potentially resolve more issues myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily as bridging software to import our Amazon orders into our finance system (Oracle NetSuite).
Flexible Integrations and Powerful Error Handling
What do you like best about the product?
Error handling is great and the ability to amend the payload and retry without going back to the source is very useful. It has great flexibility to either use a simple point and click interface or writing more advanced JavaScript integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost. We only use Celigo for mission-critical integrations due to the cost. If it were cheaper we would use it for everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out of the box integrations with Netsuite and Shopify make it easy to get up and running very quickly, but the highly flexible platform also means it supports you as you grow and become more complex.

Full processing log access, I'd like to be able to confirm successful operations, not just erroring ones.

We use it to integrate NS with SFDC, fantastic capabilities in both platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Celigo is how easy it is to use. I am particularly impressed by the quality of the documentation, the wide range of features, and the extensive selection of connectors available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature has been the least helpful for me. I haven't found it particularly useful for the integrations I've been working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been incredibly helpful, allowing us to integrate systems rapidly and develop solutions for our customers much more efficiently. Integrations that used to require months to finish are now being completed within just days or weeks.
