Exceptional Error Management and User-Friendly Interface

  • November 07, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Error management and UI navigation are standout features for me. While there are many other reasons I appreciate Celigo, these aspects are what truly set it apart. I find it easy to understand and resolve errors across all flows, and the data editor allows me to quickly retry with corrected data whenever needed.

The user interface is both clean and efficient, making it accessible even for those who aren't technically inclined. Non-technical users can navigate and make edits with minimal guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
They offer very convenient and straightforward premade integrations called IA's. My main issue with these is that they are not easily customizable, so you are essentially required to follow their setup or create a custom flow. However, this is a minor problem since there have only been a few instances where I needed to make changes. Still, the IA tends to make assumptions about your company's structure, and if those assumptions don't match your situation, you have to find ways to work around them.

At the time of writing, their b2b manager could use some improvement. There is currently no way to view the raw data source, nor is there a document view available. This means you simply have to trust that the data is flowing as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps us transfer data from more than six endpoints into our accounting software. Since it allows us to transpose and manipulate data within the flow, I can be confident that the information entering NetSuite is accurate and reliable.

Effortless Integrations and Powerful AI Features Make Celigo a Standout

  • November 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, and the interface makes complex integrations much simpler. We can implement integrations between two systems smoothly. Additionally, the recent adoption of AI has become extremely useful while implementing complex features. Celigo’s support for customization — such as Handlebar expressions, transformations, hooks, etc. — helps a lot when building any integration.

I frequently work on Celigo to integrate different systems, and it already provides pre-built connectors for most popular endpoints. If a connector is not available, we can still use the HTTPS connector for further development.

Additionally, its support documentation and customer support are very good. In most cases, we can resolve issues by exploring the documentation or by chatting with support.

The introduction of AI features has helped a lot — now I just need to write a prompt, and Celigo AI can generate complex hook logic and Handlebar expressions, which I can directly use to implement advanced use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations when working with IA flows. We cannot fully customize them to implement our own specific use cases. Additionally, there are restrictions in Data Loader flows — for example, we cannot add multiple destination steps, which I believe should be supported as a capability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is solving the major challenge of integrating multiple business systems without the need for heavy development effort. It helps automate data flow between applications, eliminates manual data entry, reduces errors, and ensures real-time data synchronization.

For me, the key benefit is the ease of building and managing integrations through its user-friendly interface, pre-built connectors, and strong customization options. Features like transformations, handlebars, hooks, and now AI assistance significantly speed up development and reduce implementation time for complex use cases.

Overall, Celigo enables faster go-lives, improved process efficiency, and better data accuracy across systems — ultimately helping businesses scale their operations seamlessly.

Technically Robust Yet User-Friendly—A Standout Solution

  • November 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Celigo is its ability to be technically robust, while at the same time being friendly to use, even without development or overly technical skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any SaaS platform the recurring license cost can be burdensome, but Celigo does deliver real value for their cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building integrations between SaaS platforms, and providing a user friendly dashboard where those integrations can be managed by non-technical users.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, error handling and notification, flexibility to do more with less code. Automations are easy with Celigo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations of customization in integration apps. While I understand that it’s a managed offering, I have needed to use custom flows where simple additions to flows would have worked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Importing transactions into NetSuite from marketplaces like Amazon and Shopify along with the associated payouts has great
Improved my accounting system and created efficiencies in my business processes

User-Friendly Integration with Outstanding Support and Improved UI

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is of of the best IPaaS I've used in recent years. The ease of navigation plus user friendly interface allows even non-tech users to instantly connect multiple systems with a few clicks.

The tools available to properly implement and manage the flows also help with troubleshooting and monitoring for all our clients.

Apart from all that, I've had the best Support experience (which matters a lot as an Integration Developer) that understands urgency and importance of quick turnarounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface could use an upgrade, but with the recent UI version update, it looks like a step in the right direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration between multiple systems are easier with prebuilt connectors, automatic mappings and preconfigured connections. This allows us to focus on the business process more and less on the technical side of implementations.

The latest B2B manager for EDI is a great step into making EDI connections easier and more manageable.

Fast and Efficient, But Lacks Customization Options

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
efficiency and speed. Ability to interface with most modern technology. Customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough customization. For example, as a user I prefer to decide which order tabs are sequenced to edit data, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not for me, but accounting, organizing various departments individually.
