Celigo Prebuilt Flows Allow Non-Technical Folks To Own Their Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo simplifies integrations for our clients thanks to its prebuilt flows, user-friendly interface, and flexibility. The prebuilt flows (IAs) allow our implementations to go live sooner. But most importantly, most of our clients feel comfortable supporting the integrations after we have completed the project. Other iPaaS tools have been considered too complex and clients without much technical expertise/team are uncomfortable maintaining the flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is generally good but we have had issues where the recommendation is not correct. Usually after a couple of follow ups we are able to get it resolved but sometimes takes longer than it should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo has recently improved its EDI capabilities, making it a stronger competitor for integrating EDI with trading partners. Having a single iPaaS that can manage EDI, ecommerce, 3PL, and other platform integrations is beneficial for clients, as it helps them avoid the extra licensing costs associated with using multiple iPaaS solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo provides an incredibly intuitive platform for managing integrations across multiple systems. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which makes it simple for both technical and non-technical users to build and monitor flows. The prebuilt connectors and templates significantly reduce implementation time, and the support team is always responsive and knowledgeable. I also appreciate the continuous updates and the training resources available through Celigo University — they really help maximize the value of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike. Occasionally, complex custom integrations may require some additional configuration time or support assistance, but the Celigo team is always quick to help resolve any issues. Overall, the experience has been excellent and the benefits far outweigh any minor inconveniences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo is helping us automate and centralize data flows across multiple systems, eliminating manual data entry and reducing human errors. By integrating platforms like ERP, eCommerce, and CRM, we now have real-time visibility into our operations and can make faster, more accurate decisions. The ability to build and customize integrations without deep technical expertise has significantly improved efficiency and scalability. Overall, Celigo has streamlined our processes, saved us valuable time, and allowed our teams to focus more on strategic initiatives rather than repetitive data management tasks.
Powerful and Flexible, Though Pricey for Some
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is accessible to users but allows savvy users to get under the hood of coding and mapping to enable complex business scenarios. Can connect to anything and provides templates and pre-defined connectors to get started

The cost can be high for some, but overall it is a fantastic solution!

Providing a clean user experience for integration administrators to manage their integrations without being a developer.
Intuitive Integration Platform with Strong Support
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most intuitive integration platform we work with. Great balance between performance and ease of use, allows technical teams to build and maintain integrations quickly. UI is clean, automated error handling for most, and templates for new connections is fast. The support and partner ecosystem is also very strong.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is powerful, although large-scale or highly customized use cases can sometimes push the limits of the UI. Complex data transformations sometimes require API workarounds or custom scripts. There are certain features that have changed quicker than their documentation can keep up with, which can be overwhelming or frustrating for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo helps organizations unify disconnected systems across ERP, CRM, and eCommerce environments. Simplifying complex integrations that previously required heavy custom development, reducing time to deploy and long term maintenance costs. By standardizing workflows, clients have achieved faster order processing, improve data accuracy and better visibility across their organization without needing extensive technical resources for day to day management.

What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is an amazingly user friendly system. With a UI any simple admin can use it can increase the efficiency of your integrations by 100%!
What do you dislike about the product?
What is not to like! We have been very satisfied with our whole Celigo relationship!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data flows between systems. We can not pass so much more useful data and make it meaningful! This was a real struggle for us.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Celigo is how it simplifies even the most complex integrations. One aspect that could be improved is the initial learning curve when it comes to more advanced customizations. However, once you become familiar with the platform, its flexibility and power truly stand out. Celigo offers excellent documentation and support to assist you along the way.

Celigo has effectively solved the issue of disconnected systems and manual data entry by seamlessly integrating key applications, including NetSuite. This automation has eliminated data silos and greatly enhanced the accuracy of our information. As a result, our team has saved considerable time, allowing us to focus more on strategic projects instead of routine, repetitive work.
Intelligent and Easy Integrations, with Robust Monitoring and many features
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating connections with systems, using mapped actions, and creating mappings with intelligence. It is also simple and intuitive to create rules like IF, CASE, or LOOP. The success/error monitoring is also very good! By default, a queue of records is already created and you don't need to implement this, as in other platforms... And the AI Assistant for creating business rules and helping in the creation of flows is phenomenal! The training is very good and comprehensive!
What do you dislike about the product?
In the success/error monitoring, the BODY is only presented in the integrations with errors (which is very good because that's when we need it to understand the reason for the error), but when the record is integrated with SUCCESS, we don't have this information and sometimes it can be important!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting the various systems of our clients, Celigo brings improvement to processes, eliminates information silos, and centralizes all control of integrations, which previously did not exist or were done in an isolated and point-to-point manner. Our clients quickly notice operational improvement and the project delivers fast ROI.
Seamless Integrations and Reliable Data Sync
What do you like best about the product?
We use Celigo to integrate Salesforce, Bill.com, and our marketplace with NetSuite. The setup provides a seamless experience across all systems, and the interface makes it easy to track and fix any sync errors that come up. It’s given us real peace of mind knowing NetSuite stays the single source of truth for all our financial data. Overall, Celigo has made our operations smoother and more reliable.

Overall we have had a positive experience and I would not note anything that we have disliked.

Celigo gives us confidence that NetSuite remains our single source of truth for financial data, which is critical for reporting accuracy and compliance. It’s significantly reduced our manual workload and improved visibility across teams.
Powerful Automation with Handy Apps and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
I can integrate or automate almost any process as long as the solutions involved have the right access available. They have a lot of premade apps which are very helpful, along with sandbox access. Support is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit clicky, needing to click into 2-3 layers before you get to what you need and then back out 2-3 layers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Celigo for all of our integrations on the sales side of the business from selling platform to accounting solution to 3PL. There is no way we could do all these transactions manually - and accurately - without Celigo.
Effortless Data Integration with Handy Error Editing, but Speed Can Lag
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of connecting to different platforms and also the monitoring of possible errors in the importing and exporting of the data. One of the greatest features is that we can edit the data right in the error log and be able to re-process the flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time, the speed of the data interchanges are not fast enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us automate a lot of different process that we had people doing manually. And connecting to different platforms is easily done.
