Effortless Workflow Automation That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
Celigo is my go-to tool for workflow automation and it does not disappoint. I am able to learn one the go and when I need it. I can easily move my data from google suite to all of our other systems. This saves me hours of copy/paste time. The use cases are endless. The best part, one it is implemented, I rarely have to make updates. Everything just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a company changes their API, you often find out by getting errors in Celigo. It isn't always clear at first that the problem is with the other vendor and not Celigo. I wish there was AI embedded to make that more proactive. That would save me hours of troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great tool for moving data and for keeping a clean system of record. Helps us create a customer 360.
Familiar Format and Easy Setup, Though Error Messages Can Be Cryptic
What do you like best about the product?
Format most developers are familiar with. Easy to set up and works well to get data back and forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The error messages are sometimes a bit cryptic, but we have been able to figure out most of them on our own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to get deal / sales order data from HubSpot to NetSuite and we need to get some customer demographic and billing data from NetSuite to HubSpot. Celigo manages this data transfer for us.

I have used Celigo multiple times at different organizations, and I don't really have any dislikes at this point.

Occasionally, configuration depth can make simple adjustments take longer than expected, but it’s a fair trade-off for the level of flexibility Celigo provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celigo connects our core business systems NetSuite, Asana, HubSpot, and Read.ai into a single, automated workflow. It eliminates manual data entry, keeps everything synchronized, and gives us real-time visibility across departments. The biggest benefit is efficiency is fewer errors, faster processes, and a clearer picture of operations end-to-end. It allwos us to make sure the process gets followed.

The interface is intuitive once you get familiar with it, and the ability to use custom scripting in SuiteScript or JavaScript within flows gives a huge amount of control. Error handling and logging are also strong, and the platform’s modular design makes it easy to scale or modify integrations without starting from scratch. The support and documentation have improved a lot over time, making it much easier to troubleshoot and extend integrations.

Some aspects of the platform can feel unintuitive for new users, especially when dealing with advanced mapping, hooks, or dynamic data structures. Debugging complex flows sometimes requires more manual digging than ideal.

Powerful and Simple Platform, But Onboarding and Support Need Improvement

Platform Simplicity, Powerful suite of connectors, and extensibility options to non-standard connections
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started was a challenge, our professional services experience was not very good and wasted alot of time and money. However, interacting with Celigo's post development support group has been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently utilize Celigo to sync data between our legacy rental management platform and our Netsuite accounting backbone. We have since expanded into importing data from various telematics providers to supplement out legacy system's data and it's been tremendous!
